Small Time SCAMMING Let me tell you about the SCAM the Huntington WV operation is running regarding charges to your bill for a safe in the room. When you check in they charge you for renting a safe in the room and indicate you can have the charge removed when you leave. Then when you attempt to have the charge removed while checking out they tell you the system isn't working and they will fax a request to have you refunded through the corporate office. Then later when you call the corporate office they will have no record of your stay and the corporate office tells you to call the local motel. Then the motel tells you they will offer you a discount on your next stay. SMDH Buyer BEWARE. These folks are small time hoods! I imagine the profits they rack up taking 3 bucks from each room each night add up to a nice sum every month. Not to mention all the migrant workers screwing loudly in the adjoining rooms throughout the evening!

BAD!!!!! A bit confused because we were told at this hotel VERY rudely that we could not stay and that the hotel was sold out. and that our reservation didn't exist. Then when I brought up that I had a confirmation number he suddenly found it on his own and said that our reservation was cancelled because of "card failure" . I don't really understand how there was a card issue when I had all the confirmations and no notification of cancellation. I want to mention again that he was very rude to me and my friends. We had to make arrangements at another hotel.

Outstanding Motel Outstanding motel / Customer Service Everything about this motel was OUTSTANDING. Desk Clerks were polite, professional, helpful. Fantastic shower/bed. Great location. Was very clean. Highly Recommend.

A great priced pet friendly hotel We recently had the pleasure of visiting this particular hotel whilst visiting friends in the Huntington area of WV. Our room (126) was spotlessly clean with a king-sized bed which was (to say the least) extremely comfortable for myself, wife and small dog and inspite of our room being bereft of a fridge or microwave, our stay at the Red Roof Inn more than fulfilled our expectations for a budget priced hotel. In concluding, it would be very remiss of me if I was not to mention the pressure of the showers at this location ... the shower was simply awesome. Would I consider staying at this again should my "lot" place me in Huntington? You betcha _

Great experience I am here for an orientation at Marshall University l. This was not far from downtown. The room was clean and comfy. I had a room with a fridge and microwave which was important to me. I would recommend this as a lodging option. Downside is no fitness center. Do not get adjoining room because you will hear your loud neighbor and there is mold in the shower.
