Clean and friendly Staff was very friendly. Every encounter we had with a staff member was pleasant. The location is great and easy to walk to restaurants. The hotel was very clean and smelled new. Omelette station for breakfast was delicious. Upon checking in, the front desk lady was efficient and quick while still being warm and welcoming. We don't stay at Embassy suites often, but this stay was delightful.

Average The hotel was not as clean as I thought it would be for the price and Location in Huntsville. The toilet seat had urine and feces residues from the previous occupant. The sink had a lot of hairs and food content. Trash on the hallways. We stayed for 3 nights, and one day the housekeeper took away our towels and did not replace them. My husband had to call to the front desk for us to have cleaned ones, but they never brought these to us. He had to go downstairs to get them. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, also the buffet staff was courteous and helpful. I think the hotel management could do better in the matter of cleanliness and presentation.

Great with just a few bumps for a stay Negative first: key cards were not working consistently. By the time you got to your room whatever for you were traveling back down to get it fixed (app keys didn’t work either), not enough parking in the parking garage. You risked having to park outside but still had to pay for parking. Evening drinks and food were terrible and when they ran out of food they refused to put out more. Positive: breakfast in the morning was great and the omelette bar was wonderful. Great location and walking to other restaurants and areas super easy! Nice and clean and staff were very polite.

Refreshed Embassy Suites Enjoyed the stay at this recently remodeled Embassy suites. It is the old school open atrium style, which is fun for gathering with others during the stay. It is located by a walking trail and "river" park that runs through downtown. Easy 10 minute walk to several restaurants. The front desk staff was welcoming and hospitable. The omelet chef at breakfast was very efficient and had a good system going to keep the line moving. Breakfast was crowded and the staff struggled a bit to keep the buffet stocked. The exercise room showed it's age and did not appear to be included in the renovations.

Perfect if going to the VBCC Perfect if you are attending a concert at the Von Braun Center. Walking across the walkway directly into the center is a huge plus. Not only does it make getting to the venue easier, but we felt it was much safer than walking on the street back to the hotel late at night.
