Excellent Hospitality Upon arriving I inspected my room throughout.....it was CLEANED sparkle clean...couldn't find not 1 thing out of place....the lady that checked me in was Extremely nice....my stay was NOTHING but AMAZING..........5 stars completely ✨️

Bad room location The hotel is quite nice, the room was very dusty. The receptionist was less than cordial and refused to reassign our room although we specifically requested one close to the elevators. My husband and I are both handicapped and the room she gave us was as far from the elevators as one could be. This led to us not enjoying our stay as we should have. Make sure you request what kind of room you want before checking in. We chose this hotel so that our grandchildren could come and swim in the indoor pool. We will think long and hard about whether we want to stay there again when we visit Huntsville.

Not a happy experience! We stayed for one night it was not quiet ,, the walls were thin or the couple was extra loud and arguing all night . My mistake was hanging up my jacket ! I accidentally left it when I left ,,, I called the day after and they said they would call me back,, nope !! I finally got ahold of them and the housekeeping said they didn’t find a jacket,,, I know I left it !!! ,,,The other problem was their breakfast ,, every other hotel gives you this buffet breakfast free , They charged us $42 for two plates ,,, that was probably worth $6 ,,, then they couldn’t figure out how to use cash for the breakfast,,, ,, I am sorry to write this , but we were very upset and out $40 and it may have been my fault I left the jacket but it wasn’t nice to steal and lie!

Average Place Overall: 6.7/10 Gym: 6.8/10 2 bikes, 1 treadmill, 1 eliptical, weights up to 50lbs and a machine, no foam roller (badly needs one) Room: 7.3/10, nothing special and really needs recycling Misc: staff was friendly and competent this was the highlight

Do not stay here - SEWAGE smell I stayed here in October of 2023 with my husband and children on our way to Florida. We were awoken in the middle of the night (around 2:30am) to a sewage smell so strong it woke up us up out of our sleep. Apparently there was something wrong with the pipes on our floor (and this is an ongoing problem at this hotel we were told) and we had to move to another floor with 7 suitcases and 2 children under the age of 8 at 2:30am. The kids couldn't fall back asleep and it ruined the first day of our vacation. We were told that they would ask the manager if we could have a refund. We were not given a refund.
