Nice hotel Was in Fort Worth for a family event... overall hotel was good, staff was great, rooms were clean and very spacious... We were disappointed in quality of some of the breakfast items and that the pool was not available for 3 of the 4 days of our stay... hotel advised that since it is an outdoor pool it is prone to algae very quickly, I suggested a pool cover and/or more cleanings.

Not everything worked properly. Our room was at the end of the hall and the hallway light didn’t work so it was very dark and seemingly unsafe. The filter in the air conditioner needs to be replaced. I had sinus problems for 2 days after my stay. The lamp in the room did not work. There were towels on the bathroom floor. The couch was comfortable but the bed was lumpy. It says to scan the QR code in your room for hotel information, it said they had a restaurant downstairs but they do not. It was disappointing.

Not fresh & clean Hotel staff is kind and pleasant. First room had a stale scent, lumpy mattress and stains on floor and couch. We didn't feel comfortable staying there. We asked to be moved to a different room and staff was accommodating. Second room was better but still didn't smell fresh and clean, mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. Hotel asthetic and vibe seem a Lil outdated and have a lot of wear and tear. Simple fixes like changing the rugs in the elevator to ones that are not disheveled could really elevate the look and feel.
