Great staff Wonderful visit. Thank you Samantha for being so nice about my son vomiting by the pool! All the staff were great. They were so good to us and we were super needy! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hutto!!

Visiting friends and family in North Austin I was coming down to Austin visit some family and friends and my experience of this hotel was alright the breakfast needs more improvement on condiments also what I’m really most disappointed was the outlets near the bed for charging my electronics so had to charge near the table across from the bed so this issue really needs to be fixed if I plan on coming down here again otherwise I might have to take my business elsewhere if I come down again sorry I’m disappointed in the outlets for charging electronics

dirty room The room I stayed in had a funky smell (a mix of armpits and cheap men's cologne). The next morning when I got out of bed I noticed short black kinky coarse hair all over the room and in the shower. There was dry coffee on the nightstand. Had I noticed how disgusting the room was when I arrived late I would have left.

Pet Friendly We stayed here one night with our dog on our road trip. Room was great and hotel staff friendly. Glad we could bring our dog with us and hope that IGH continues to have pet friendly hotels and expand dog walking areas at those hotels.

Not Sure What To Think Spent the night Saturday 06/20/20 after a wedding nearby. Our room smelled sanitized and the bedding was very clean. However, as I looked around I saw numerous indications that made me question the care and upkeep of this motel. I wondered if letting care go is common within the motel business right now because of pandemic induced cost pressures, and if this was representative of the chain or a single franchise. I've stayed in several Holiday Inn Express locations across the country over the last few years and I do not recall any other properties looking like this. Is anyone else seeing this at other Holiday Inn Express motels? If this is the new normal I'll go back to the Hampton Inn. There was a pile of towels in the hallway several doors down when we checked in and they were still there when we checked out Sunday morning. There was noticeable small debris and grime through the hallways and in the elevator, especially to the sides. The landscaping was overgrown with weeds. There was trash accumulating around the perimeter of the parking lot. The American flag out front was torn up and tangled in a nearby tree with the rope still attached to the pole.
