Good Very old fashioned but was perfect for what we needed. Handy for all restaurants / bars etc. However the wifi didn’t work and we had no service there either but maybe that was our phones. Overall nice and clean and we were happy with our stay for 4 nights.

GROSS!! This was the worst hotel U have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting. The towels were dingy and gray, sheets were stained, carpet had sand, bathroom was dirty with hair. The AC had mold! I purchased new sheets, towels and cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and wipe all surfaces. Pay a little more and stay at a clean hotel.

DISGUSTING!!! Aside from the staff this stay was the absolute worst. My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary and spent 3 days. We were looking forward to the end of summer and spending some time at the pool. To our surprise after being in the pool for a while my husband found a dead rat at the bottom shallow end. The pool itself wasn’t all that clean either. It should have been skimmed and vacuumed to say the least. We also found tiny fruit flies in our room. The area surrounding the inn was pleasant. Lots of little shops and restaurants on the strip. The attendant at the desk was friendly and very helpful. But the pool did it for us, very unhappy with the incident. We will not be returning here again. If you advertise outdoor pool, it should be kept up to par.

Truly great value Very acceptable low-cost, old fashioned motel in excellent location in beautiful Hyannis. Clean room and bath, has older but working AC, fridge, generous parking lot, clean outdoor pool (also indoor pool but we didn’t use it). Coffee in lobby; no breakfast but you can bring muffins and eat at table in your room. Right next to train and bus station where you can get free shuttle to beach etc!

Average motel. Would not revisit. Okay room and hotel. Pool was supposedly under construction, however it was not available since May. Hotel advertises free continental breakfast, which is not true. According to the desk person, “they” don’t offer that any more. Even though they advertise it. Rooms needed some serious upgrading. Fan in bathroom extremely loud. Carpeting very worn, bathroom needs to be totally redone.
