Would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, great staff and it had both indoor and outdoor pools. It was a 10 minute drive from a couple of Hyannis beaches. Close to shopping and to Main Street. Rooms were quiet. The room air conditioner worked well and he shower water pressure was fantastic and had plenty of hot water!

Convenient location, good breakfast buffet, nice pools, near restaurants & short drive to ferry Conveniently located for visiting waterfront & main street area in Hyannis. Good location for taking ferry to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket Island. Walking distance to some restaurants (Gannon's & Olive Garden) and next to Cumberland Farms convenience store. Nice & well-maintained indoor & outdoor pools, nice buffet breakfast available, good service in restaurant (Beth was excellent!). Rooms seem to have been renovated within the past few years. Walls & ceilings are older but had a fresher coat of paint. Bathrooms are nice & Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & body lotion are available in refillable containers. Daily housekeeping available if needed. Snacks & drinks are available for purchase near front desk. Free coffee & cold water were available in front desk area for all guests in the mornings. We stayed in a room with a king size bed that was much too soft - we are used to a firm mattress, so that was uncomfortable. The bed sheets had an odor of being old although they didn't look old. We didn't use the closet since it had an odor, but that may have been caused by the high humidity during the summer months. Overall, we do recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cape Cod and prefer to stay in a central location.

Disgusting rugs The hotel was a big disappointment on our trip. The carpet was the worst part. Our room 129 smelled extremely bad. I almost checked out the day we checked in because it smelled like a room filled with wet dirty socks. The rug is the worst rug I have ever seen. I would not stay here with kids because of the dirty rugs. Bathroom was okay. Pool water was too cold to enjoy. The one and only positive about this hotel was the nice and friendly staff.

Seen Better Days What a pit. We checked in and then checked out. Hotel is really old and rundown, needs a total revamp. Bad sign when they only have one luggage cart and it's rusty and stained. The room smelled, so we opened the window. OMG what a view. The linens were new and clean. Bathroom - not awful and looked like it had been renovated within the last 5 years. Only positive was Herman the front desk clerk who was friendly and professional.
