Going to make this our place to stay in Boise Great place to stay. Wonderful service and the food was better than expected. They had cake at 8pm and what sounded like a great breakfast, we had to leave early, or we would have loved to stand and enjoy a great breakfast. We have stayed at other hotels, but this one was far above the rest.

Great aside from breakfast. Be prepared. Location was pretty good. Room was clean and the staff was VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. Walking distance to the downtown/falls/japanese garden area. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big thumbs down for 3/4 of us. Waffles were a hit with my son but the rest of us were disappointed. We were hoping for yummy eggs. _ feared were egg omelettes with a slice of American cheese in the middle or prepackaged hard boiled eggs that were in water. They had sad whole fruit such as bananas and apples. They also had cereal, muffins, bagels, bread, sausage. Nothing remotely healthy. Overall, the breakfast was disappointing.

A clean, good value hotel Clean hotel located right off the highway and close to the airport. Eggs, sausages and hashbrowns for breakfast with a few other options available like cereal and toast. Front counter staff was friendly. I had the king room on the 1st floor, people in the hallways after midnight were loud and there was constant thumping from the person above me in the morning.

Clean-- Nice Hotel This hotel is clean and the rooms were comfortably large. Accommodating staff and a nice Best Western breakfast. The hotel can appear to be outdated slightly but typically many Best Westerns could use a makeover. For one or two nights, this place works just fine

Yes! Pool, nice beds, staff friendly This is a family friendly clean hotel with a nice pool and hot tub. Staff was helpful. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Reasonably priced. Its location is near everything in Idaho falls and is a great selection for couples or families. We are glad we found this place. We already had a reservation for the next night or we would have stayed again.
