To much perfume!!!!! Always stay at a Hamptons, our favorite hotel. This one was so full of perfume it was difficult to be in hotel and room. Hamptons usually has no to little perfume in hotel and bedding. This was awful, they need to follow other Hampton Hotel protocol.

Overdue for a major overhaul. My expectations were set fairly low, but this hotel failed to meet them. To start with, the entire facility seems way overdue for a major remodel. The carpet shows major wear and the lighting made the place seem old and dingy. The mattress in my room was way too hard, to the point that it was difficult to get to sleep. When I finally did get to sleep, the heating unit kicked on and the noise was excruciating. It sounded like it was going to come apart. I had to find the thermostat setting that turned it off and then started the process of getting back to sleep on that horrible mattress. When I got up and went to breakfast, things got worse. The selection and quality were very poor. The only saving grace was the waffle station. Another issue that did not affect me was the shower. There were grab bars and a folding seat for disabled guests which I did not need, but I appreciate for those that do. However, the hand held shower head was hooked up about 7 feet above the tub floor. Any guest who needed the assistive devices would not have been able to reach it. I must say that the reason I rated the hotel poor instead of terrible is that the staff I had interacted with were pleasant and seemed like they did care about the guest’s experience. However, the issues were not within their ability to fix.

Clean Hotel, Comfortable Bed We stayed for one night as we drove through Idaho. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is slightly dated. Eggs and bacon were a good gluten free option for breakfast. Coffee was always available.

Nice and clean = great front desk Not close to the Interstate, but right by the mall. Misty at the front desk was SO helpful in many ways including restaurant recommendations. I went to the Firehouse Grill, just down the street and it was excellent. Good hot tub and breakfast. I will stay here when I am next in Idaho Falls!!!
