We love timesharing with Hyatt! We were really lucky to get an up-grade from a studio to a two-bedroom unit the night before we were scheduled to arrive. We absolutely LOVE having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We did not really have an exception view. It was pretty unless traffic was driving by. The unit itself had everything we needed. Fully stocked to provide meals (we at breakfast every morning in the room). The room was nice. It had plenty of room (for two of us). If there had been six, maybe a little tight. The resort had a really nice clubhouse that we thoroughly enjoyed. Two days we never even left the resort. Played pool, watched movies in the clubhouse then enjoyed the hot tub. Resort is very close to a lot of things and only 20-25 minutes down to South Lake Tahoe. We also had keys so if we wanted we could access the Hyatt Regency amenities next door - we did not. Overall, a great place to vacation. Jenna at the front desk is AMAZING!!!!

Great suite and room but horrible check-in and check-out experience Fantastic lodge, but disappointed with Hyatt services. Being a Globalist, I expect to be a top-notch service, hassle free check-in and check out, and, of course, complementary breakfast. We didn't get any of that. We arrived a little late but still before 11 pm, but then also, there was no one at the reception and had to wait for the security to come from nearby Hyatt Regency to give us our keys. Due to this, we had to go to the reception in the morning again to officially check in, which created a problem as I got 1 less day of night credit. I had to ask my concierge, who helped me get this fixed. At check out as well, there were some extra charges which took some time to get fixed. No breakfast for the Globalist or anyone. Lodge itself was very spacious and beautiful and not that far from the ski resorts or main market.

Non-Tesla EV drivers beware I am staying with my family at the Hyatt Vacation Club next door to the Hyatt Regency. There are no chargers available for hotel guests at the Hyatt Vacation Club. We were told at check in that since the EVgo Charger at Raley’s is out of order, we would be allowed to use the EV Charger at the Hyatt Regency. Note - for non-Tesla EV drivers, Incline Village does not have any fast charging infrastructure available for other EV’s. Because of this, I did not charge my car in Carson City before coming up to Incline Village. When I arrived at the Hyatt Regency Valet to charge my car, there was no valet attendant visible. After waiting nearly ten minutes, we went inside and found someone. We asked the Hyatt Regency valet attendant politely if we could use the charger as there were NO OTHER CARS charging in the FIVE available chargers, and the valet flatly told me no. We explained that we were guests at the Vacation Club next door, what we were told about being able to use the charger, and that the EV Charger at Raley’s was out of order, and the valet again flatly refused to allow us to charge for even a few hours. The man suggested to “try Raley’s” again, even though I had told him the charger was down. When we called the Hyatt Regency directly to explain our frustration at this level of terrible customer service, we spoke with the “Acting Front Desk Manager” who then offered to allow us to charge for $50 as an overnight valet parking. As I only need a couple hours of charging to get to Carson City, this is unacceptable. The Hyatt Vacation Club is nice enough, but they need to get their communication in order with the sister property next-door. It is absurd that as guests of the Vacation Club we have access to all the amenities of the Hyatt Regency, EXCEPT the EV Charging? Make it make sense! We have come to expect much more from Hyatt and this level of indifference for their guests is simply unacceptable.

Wow! What a great vacation! Love, love this two bedroom, two bath unit. It was quite warm here during the day in late July so having air conditioning was a huge plus for us as it is quite hard to find in this area. When the temperatures are in the upper 80s during the day, it can be hard to cool off the bedrooms enough for sleeping at night. Reservations here are Saturday to Saturday. The two bedroom/two bath condo unit is lovely. Very classy decorating, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful view of pine trees off the back deck. More spacious than the photos show. Perfect for us and our adult daughter. The pool area was quiet and the hot tub was great. Wonderful club house that can be reserved. We also enjoyed the outdoor event area with beautiful landscaping and relaxing waterfall and trickling stream. Very peaceful and relaxing. If you want a more active setting with kids, you can go next door to the Hyatt Regency where the pool is geared to kids playing. Linda is perfect for the job of manager - knowledgeable, helpful, professional, incredibly pleasant attitude, classy. The few things that needed repairs in the unit were handled quickly and efficiently. Very responsive front desk personnel. Huge benefit is that you also have access to all the activities of the Hyatt Regency with their pool and hot tub, spa, but most especially their beach where they will at no charge put up beach umbrellas over the plentiful padded beach loungers. It is very hard to find places with beach access in the North Lake Tahoe area, so this is a huge benefit with no required daily resort fee like at the hotel. Highly recommend the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge! We loved our stay.

Hyatt Residence Club - 2 bed, 2 bath condo - The perfect ski trip accommodation Booking the Hyatt Residence Club in Incline Village was the smartest, best ski trip decision I've ever made. Usually in Tahoe we book AirBNB, but never again due to the value of this place. My partner and I traveled with his parents for 5 nights with plans to ski at North Star for 2-3 days. The amenities accessible by guests at the Residences match those of guests at the Hyatt hotel and casino; all super easy to get to by walking from our condo. We didn't need to leave the property to go to dinner, the spa, the hot tubs or the casino; the massage service we had was wonderful. The area around Incline was also great with a Raley's grocery nearby and a cool bowling alley. Onto the rooms, we booked a two-bed, two-bath condo at the Hyatt Residences, and it was AMAZING. We had a ton of room: great kitchen with fixings, dining table, couches and chairs. The bedrooms had one king in one room, and two queens in the other, and the beds were clean with Hyatt hotel-like linens. We had closet space and pantry space. Having the option to cook meals in between eating out was all the comforts of a vacation rental without the stress of booking a vacation rental. With Hyatt we knew what we would get, and it exceeded our expectations.
