Clean and comfortable, good location. This hotel is in a great location for getting all around the Cleveland and it's southwestern suburbs. The woman who checked me in was extremely efficient and friendly (contrast with the woman working when I checked out -- best described as surely). My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bath linens were much nicer than the usual ones at hotels in this price range. And decent water pressure in the shower ! Breakfast was fine. I would certainly stay here again if I was in the area.

Old but clean Older rooms with brown and tan decor on walls and carpet. Dark rooms. Pool outside- cold but nicely kept. Breakfast average. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa good and available all the time. Water too. Only complaints- -Day 3 we were walking out lobby and asked to have towels and garbage changed in room. Woman behind desk gave us new towels and said put garbage out door. That was rude and annoying as we were walking out. -Mattress and pillows super soft and hard to get comfortable. -No shower soap only bar soap

Pleasant stay. Stayed here twice this month. Nice hotel. Quiet location. Comfortable beds. The usual fare for breakfast. Friendly staff. Good rate. Only issue I had here was with the toilet both times. First one had a flapper valve not sealing properly. Second time, the seat was loose and nuts needed tightened. Both were reported to the front desk on check out and she wrote them up while I was standing there for maintenance.

Not great The room was okay but the woman at the front desk was beyond rude, acting as if asking for towels or a working room key was above and beyond. Unbelievable. The pool hours were inconvenient (10am-9pm) for a road trip with long days.

Clean, comfortable but needs updating Grumpy front desk staff in the afternoon. Check-in took much too long. Had to share one card reader between two stations. We had an issue on two occasions where our room card would not work and we had to go to the front desk to have our card reset. Otherwise rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast bar was varied and plentiful. Our room looks like it needed a refresh and one public stairwell had a large carpet stain.
