CRAIG IS THE MAN! Great place to stay. We have stayed several times at this location and we are never disappointed. Bar & grill is amazing! Food was super good. Always just as we order it. Drinks were absolutely amazing! The bartender is one of a kind. Craig is the man!!!!

Farewell to the TownePlace; Hello HGI! For the past few years, I’ve opted for the next-door TownePlace Suites as my airport hotel of choice, but honestly that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense as a loyal Hilton customer with GO Hilton access. So here’s to years and years with HGI to come! - Location: Close to airport and I-70. Off Ameriplex Parkway, which is an industrial corridor linking the area to countless warehouses, factories, and distribution centers, in addition to the airport. Not anything to actually do or see around. - Atmosphere: Seemingly older, but very fresh and timeless. Typical HGI layout with comfy seating and a dining room for the on-site restaurant that serves dinner. While eating there, I noticed quite a large spiderweb clinging to the corner (indoors) where the wall and window meet; I notified my server who said he’d take care of it. That’s the only glitch to my stay; I didn’t mind too much, but I have to think: How had it been missed for long enough for a spider to have spun it as massive as it was? What else is behind the scenes that they are not taking care of…safe food preparation? - Service: Efficient, professional, and warm. - Rooms: My second-floor quarters were surprisingly quiet and comfy. I was afraid of the prospect of noise, but soundproofing passed my tests. Everything was very clean. - Value: Rates here are generally outstanding. I would gladly return for the value received.

Overnight stay The AC unit was noisy, but I dealt with it. I always carry earplugs. There is a nice bar and restaurant not far from the airport. The room was comfortable. Again, it would be nice if Hilton provided credit to cover breakfast or the cost of drinks. The bar food was tasty.

Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport the BEST ! My husband and I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport when we are in Indianapolis. This Hotel always provides clean, pleasant accommodations. The in-house Restaurant is so convenient and the food, is very good. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. In particular, Anthony L and Alex H, Kayla, Peyton, Melanie, Tiffany, Sarah, Diamond, Tiara and Matt. (and others I may have missed) I will always recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport.

Customer service The person who was working at the reception desk, named Sarah, greeted us with a friendly smile and showed remarkable patience while assisting us!!! The hotel stay was quite enjoyable overall!! We are definitely coming back for next year!!
