Wonderful Mini Vaca People are very geared towards amazing customer service!. Rooms are large and inviting, clean and plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. Definitely will stay there again. Also, had many available ash trays outside for smokers like me.

Overall Very Good for the Price Staff was very welcoming and friendly. First night got there very late, had no problem checking in after confirming ahead. Sign said sold out but never caused a problem so staff handled it well. Only issue some of the bed sheets on bed were stained. Others okay. Able to use the clean sheet. I think they would have fixed it sooner, but because of arrival time I did not let them know until next morning. When I brought to their attention next day, however, they changed out all the sheets, no problem. Also, they gave extra towels and toilet paper upon request. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Liked the pancake making machine. You could open window which was great to let air in. Easy to control temperature by heater/ air conditioner. TV is above in a corner, worked fine. Drawer and closet space ample. Neighborhood was very open, suburban mall like area, no safety concern, and parking easy. Lots of stores and restaurants in area including a Sam's club right behind the Microtel. About 15 min from city center, at most. Easy to get to the city. In sum, I would like a little overall cleaner, but okay. If not for sheet issue and little more general cleanliness would have been excellent. But ok as is. Staff and location is terrific.

Super Friendly! Check in/out was fast and easy, staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was very clean. Breakfast was decent, coffee was good! Pillows were flat and lumpy, but don't let that stop you from staying here! Get a quick and cheap lunch at Sam's behind the hotel.

Read this review before booking. The heater just blew air, no heat. Just one blanket. Internet spotty. Tv was a monitor, not a tv. The shower head did not function well with most of the water coming out the faucet. Overall old and depressing property. There are no charging ports - just a few electrical outlets. Breakfast was mainly carbs - biscuits and bagels, no eggs or meats. Gym consisted of 2 machines - no weights or other equipment. Driving distance to and from airport is about 20 -25 mins. Charge for the room was $199 before taxes. I was frustrated and disappointed. I would NEVER book here again.

Stay In Comfort Very quick easy to check in online, so that when you get to the actual hotel - just give them your name. Friendly front desk was quick and attentive, we had an issue with the tv and he came up to fix right away. - Room was great, comfortable bed. Coffee in the room. Continental Breakfast variety was great!
