Wonderful stay, wonderful customer service! The room was so clean upon arrival, as was the entire hotel. We did have a minimal issue and Greg at the front desk was absolutely amazing, kind, and patient. He resolved our issue immediately and went above and beyond, and he is the reason we will be back this summer! Customer service is everything and he gets an A+++++. Beds were very comfortable and this hotel had everything we needed in an unbeatable location. Thank you Staybridge and thank you Greg!

Great overall experience Overall great experience. I stay at this hotel every 6 weeks. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, great customer service. Breakfast always has many good options. Happy hour is a nice added bonus. I use the pool and gym. great amenities.

Perfect Indianapolis Hotel next to convention center and Lucus Oil Stadium The hotel staff was great, and the rooms were amazing. A great place to stay when you are Indianapolis. Right next to Lucus Oil Stadium and the Convention center. Buffet was great!!! I found my hotel that I will be staying at every time I travel to Indianapolis.

Great location and clean Bed were comfortable and clean. Fresh clean towels. Shower was excellent - this was the best part. Most parts of the hotel were clean. Breakfast was great as well. Great location across the Lucas Oil Stadium. Just wish I didn't have to purchase a sewing kit for a small fix.
