Concert Crash Pad We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out when we forgot a phone in the room after checking out. We were going to a concert down the street at SoFi Stadium so the locations worked out perfectly Although the hotel is older the rooms were remodeled and clean.

Average Hotel The hotel was just average, nothing standing out besides it being very close to the airport and car rental return location. Breakfast was fine, well-staffed and stocked. Slow elevator! And only one. Front desk associates were there and did their jobs, however, lacked enthusiasm.

Good Location for Stay/Park/Fly We used this hotel as an overnight, park and fly. We are parked here for 2 weeks and then will Stat for another night upon return. We live in Phoenix area and would use this feature again if we can't get a direct flight from Phoenix to where ever we are going to.

Please provide what is paid with! When I booked the hotel with best western, it says that shuttle bus will be provided. I called hotel the day before I checked in to arrange the shuttle, I was told the service stopped and there is nothing they can do. Surprise and no apology. What a fair business!!

Pleasant Stay The room were well kept and clean. The appliance like the microwave and Iron worked. The bathroom was very clean as well and the bed was really clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location because the rates were very reasonable considering it’s close to LAX International airport.
