Great Stay! This is the third time I've stayed here and it's been very consistent. Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient to downtown.

Worst Experience Ever Where do I begin...Our first night, the pool was closed. Kids disappointed. Next, our room ended up being a king and a pull out...it was supposed to be a double queen and a pull out. Second night, we had family day at the army base. It was hot and everyone sweated. Came back to our room at 7. Kids went to swim with dad, and I went to the room to shower with the baby. Turns out there was no running water. Kids came back up and stated that the ceiling on the first floor was leaking water. Then at 10:30 pm, the water in the room finally came back on. I showered with the baby, and the next person who showered, the water was then turned off in the middle of her shower. Gave up and wiped down with wipes. Next morning, loaded up the truck and went upstairs to get the kids at 5 in the morning, only to walk to a broken elevator button. Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to our room on the 5th floor. Gave up and went to army graduation. Found out that other parents got a refund, I demanded to talk to a manager, only to wait all day and no one called or came up. They said they could only give us 1,000 points. Which is crap, because you get 1,000 points for 3 night of stay. Came back from army graduation, only to have the toilets tank flood the bathroom. Front desk called someone, only it took them 45 minutes to come up. We had already used the fresh clean towels to soak up the water. Then there was no ice on our floor and no microwave. Overall experience, worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! The most stressful event when you have kids and a 2 month old who saw you do nothing but be upset!

Room for improvement The property seemed like it was the forgotten stepchild of the Hyatt brands. The resort needs to have a revamping of procedures all across the board starting with housekeeping

Hyatt in Harbison is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY They were out of water in the entire building for more than 6 hours one day and more than 4 hours the next day. Which meant we couldn’t wash nor use the toilet

Unattentive Staff Toilet in our room ran all night. Can hear with the bathroom door shut. Called front desk, only to be placed on hold with no results. We were too tired to try to rectify the situation at such a late hour. In the morning, we were given 1000 points, and no type of refund
