Not a good experience When we arrived, the carpet was wet near the kitchen sink - an unpleasant experience wearing socks while preparing for bed. The glasses had lipstick on them and the general feel of the room was dirty. We could not get the room temperature to a comfortable level and wound up sweating throughout the night. We got up to workout and take advantage of the Peloton bike and found it wasn’t connected to the internet. The settings were locked preventing an easy fix and the front desk said they didn’t have the access code and it would take well over an hour to get a response. It’s ridiculous that the front desk can’t get the code and let people who own or ride Pelotons to fix minor issues like connectivity to the internet. Having decided we couldn’t stay there another night, we checked out the next morning after 1 night of our 2 night stay. I explained why and the clerk said, no problem, I’ll get you checked out for one night and apologized. Having not received an email I normally receive after a few hours, I called the front desk and they assured me I would be checked out and there wouldn’t be a problem. On the morning of what would have been after my 2nd night, I received a checkout notice and charges for TWO full nights. We had moved to the Hyatt place Arlington. Frustrated, I reached out to my Hyatt concierge and she tried to help but said the hotel wasn’t budging. Worst Hyatt experience I’ve had in over 40 years. She did bonus me 5k points which was nice, but we will never stay at that location as it doesn’t meet Hyatt standards.

Don't do it, they should close this property This has been the WORST experience EVER... I've been a client of Hyatt for ages, and this is the first time I've encountered this many issues with a Hyatt Property. I had to cancel the rest of my stay because this hotel was driving me crazy... when I checked in on sunday the room was not clean, there was food on the fridge, food in the pantry, and the towels were not clean (they had hairs in it), then the light in the bathroom suddenly started flashing and then stopped working, I told the front desk and asked them to repair it and clean the room, they only repaired the light (which broke down again later in the night), and the worst thing is when I came back to my room at around 6 PM the door to my room was open, WIDE OPEN.

1 star Bathrooms were dirty. Walls are thin. No elevator. Beds were very hard. Sofabed springs were sticking through. One of the worst stays we have had.

Unacceptable conditions at Hyatt House Las Colinas/Dallas We chose Hyatt House Dallas/Irving due to an emergency home repair and expected basic hospitality. Instead, our stay from June 4th onward was marred by serious deficiencies: • Carpets and kitchen amenities were in poor condition. • No access to clean towels, toilet paper, or soap for extended periods. • Multiple service requests went ignored. Despite engaging with staff and corporate support, no meaningful resolution occurred. Case #CAS50690047 was issued, but results were nonexistent. We paid over $2,000 for 7 days and left questioning the integrity of service at this location. Points and apologies won’t solve systemic negligence.

Bad bad bad cleaness There was an orange stain on the towel. Lots of hair, stains, and strange fiber on the bedsheets, especially the sofa chair one. Way too far from the front desk, the walk was unpleasant at best in the night, when I needed to get more blankets. It seems that all its budget went towards the fridge, and non towards the housekeeping. 1 star for its cleanliness. Also the staff was rude:(
