Old hotel The price is good, but at a cost. The hotel looks a little bit old and requires renovation. Breakfast is very limited in options and in quantity (too many guests and everything runs out fast). In our room the hot water failed one day. And the bathtub was clogged, but the front desk did not attend the report. If you need a budget option and are ok with this kind of standard, you may consider this option in the Chicago-O'Hare area.

BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COST! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! We are staying here for 11 nights, unfortunately pre-paid, so we’re stuck. There’s large stains on the carpet in our room. The pool sides are deteriorating and there’s large rust stains. The breakfast is a disaster! Every morning we have to tell the overworked staff that they’re out of something. They’re out of coffee clips, lids, bagels, creamer, cereal, eggs, etc. It’s just awful. The owner/manager of this place is obviously trying to run it as cheap as possible. There’s another Hyatt Place in Schaumburg about 10min away. We stayed there for 1 night and that seemed ok. This place is TERRIBLE!!!! You’ve been warned. Don’t waste your money, only to come, experience this disaster, and say, “I should’ve listened to that review”!

Clean My stay was nice. The room was clean. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Microwaves should be provided in room instead of one downstairs in cafeteria.
