Lovely place to stay! Wonderful, helpful, and caring staff. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and air conditioning was perfect (easily adjustable, not blowing directly on us, etc.), parking very convenient. We didn't have breakfast, so I cannot speak about that. Also didn't use the fitness center, but I was impressed with the range of equipment it contained. It was a little confusing finding the hotel; the signage could be better, but once found, we had an excellent experience.

Great customer service There were some initial issues with the original room that were a bit of a nuisance, but the manager, housekeeping, and front desk staff were fantastic in how the dealt with it. Their customer service was fantastic, and more than made up for us having to change rooms. I would recommend staying here as the staff is very accommodating to your needs, the property is in a good location (in my opinion) just up East Hill from downtown.

You get what you pay for This is a mediocre hotel. While the rooms are generally fairly clean, they do show signs of age and some repairs that should be made, but it's relatively inexpensive, and I travel alone for business so for me the location is the biggest convenience of my stay.

Great location, wonderful staff, aging rooms. Great staff and location, but needs to update the rooms, including beds. We couldn't sleep in the tiny beds with huge dips in the middle and my daughter coughed all night with the allergens in the air from the ancient rugs. For graduation, this was a location that couldn't be beat, but the lack of sleep for 3 days was not worth it.

Good value in the area This is a quiet and convenient place to stay for a few days in Ithaca. It is not in the downtown area, so definitely need a vehicle to go exploring if you want to go venture out of the area. There is a shuttle that will take you to the downtown area and there is lots to see there as well. The rooms are dated but clean. We stayed in the first block so can not comment on the rest of the rooms. Breakfast is included and plentiful. The drinks are available all day. For the price charged, it is well worth it and would consider staying here again if in the area.
