Comfortable Stay I stayed here for 5 nights as a friend and I explored the Finger Lakes area. This hotel was very clean and quiet with lots of free parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi works great. The hotel isn't really close to any restaurants and their restaurant isn't great, so eat while you're out. I though it was an excellent hotel for a good price.

No housekeeping The hotel rooms are well furnished and my main complaint is that there was no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed - even after requesting it after the second night.

Stay somewhere else This might have been a good hotel at some point, but it has fallen on hard times. In our room, the room door handle doesn’t work right, and the beds are soft and lumpy. Another guest was promised two queen beds, but got a king bed and a sofa. There is a bistro, but nobody showed up to cook today, so breakfast was a very limited selection of pre-packaged food, including some berries that had seen better days. There was no coffee ready, and the coffee they brewed was weak. There is no milk or half-and-half; just packaged fake creamer. There’s not even toast.

Increasingly dumpy This increasingly dumpy Courtyard is so past needing a renovation that it shouldn't be associated with the Marriott brand. Door locks to rooms malfunction, 3 of the 4 ice machines broken and disappeared, side entry key broken, sofa from the black hole of Calcutta, dead bugs in the light fixture, a gaggle of loud, inconsiderate adults and their out of control children turning the hallway adjacent to us into their private space with noise well past midnight. By any measure, this hotel has become a dump. Buyer beware

Terrible service. Terrible Service. Front desk ladies hate their job. Ladies in the cafeteria, the same. We arrived after a day out, at around 7:00 our room wasnt made. If you come for graduation weekend try to stay elswhere. The room was expensive and we didnt receive what we payed for.
