You gotta be kidding me___ You have to be very careful on who reads these hotels locally because obviously some people be telling lies the hotel on Hotels.com got a 6 1/2 out of 10 and typically I usually spend a little bit more money to get a nicer hotel. However, this was a one day business trip so I didn’t want to have to deal with my company having to get them to reimburse me for $200, but I’m definitely going to be more discerning on these rooms going forward and all I can say is that this location is utter disaster. I drove up to the property and I thought police cruisers us at the front door. OK no worries sometimes you get rowdy guests and the police have to be called well I get inside and come to find out one of the guests had O D’d and they were hauling body out into the coroners vehicle _. Already a bad look then I took a look around at the facility and it look like most of the people there were either recovering addicts or people…. Who look like they had just got furloughed from a halfway house and don’t get me wrong. I’m not a classist or anything like that but this is definitely a hotel that you don’t want to bring your family to. The room overall was clean and decent even though the hallway leading to the rooms had a lot to be desired. It looks like they took an old building and renovated it and it is now started to get dated. Which is sad because it seems in this city they bunch of all the budget hotels right beside each other but for a small city like this for hotels to start at $180 and go up is ridiculous… however, if you don’t pay the cost, you get stuck in a seedy property like this two ____down with this experience

Nasty I was looking for a pet free hotel as most in Jackson are pet friendly idk why, so it was 9:30 pm I was tired and chose this place oh my gosh why I didn't ask for refund idk. The front of hotel had trash and dead landscape, elevator had coffee straw's and dirt in it, hallways had dried mud in carpet and cigarette butts everywhere, my room wasn't cleaned very well cigarette ash in window seal, sheets had been washed I think but had hair on them from dryer, shower was nasty with hair all over and in sink, screen was torn off window and just laying on balcony. It was $91 tax included I can say the night clerk who checked me in was very nice and helpful she was there when I checked out so I asked her how many hours she worked she said 12 hour shift, no wonder she looked so tired and overwhelmed omg, btw I never saw anyone else no housekeeper or maintenance. Me and the clerk were only English speaking people on property I think this is a holding place for migrants until they are transferred to major cities the place was full of them and they were all standing out front of hotel waiting for something the next morning, who knows if they were legally in country or not? Be smart and stay at comfort inn right behind this place it's $170 a night but it was really nice I was just on a budget and couldn't afford to stay there.

Was not giving toilet paper. If you check in at night they don’t have a key to get you any. So we checked in around 11pm. Been on the road all day and just wanted to relax. Hallway had a smell walking to room. Room was dusty and extremely outdated. What I can’t get over however, is NO toilet paper in the room at all. When we asked the front desk for a roll, they said they don’t have a key to get toilet paper. What kind of hotel doesn’t provide toilet paper! ___

Dissatisfied Beware travel coupons! They don’t always show you the truth. Newly remodeled, full hot breakfast and pool are not what you get. Pretty pathetic to say the least. The shower was hot and the bed was sleepable. The staff was friendly and that is where it ends and we should have moved on. Alas we did not, we decided to stay as we had already traveled many hours and did not want to go any further. Go further or elsewhere, if you can. We checked in and did receive a small discount (seniors and all) thanks to the young man at the front desk. The room was large with laminate floors, everything and I mean everything was old and worn. Walls were patched, curtains torn, furnishings looked like second hand purchases, to say the least not impressed. I could write so much more but I will only add that the full, hot breakfast was not so hot and not so full. Today I read a review that said should be condemned, I do agree! Anyway no matter where you end up safe travels and God Bless!

Worst Stay Ever The lobby was gorgeous!!! When we got in the second floor it was a nightmare. Step off the elevator to heavy marijuana smoke. Loud music & television doors being slammed this went on until we left at 2 A.M. People talking loud. ( We arrived at 8 P.M.) We we’re supposed to have been in room 226 but was giving 216. As you can see from the pictures the room was filthy. An the front desk clerk was asleep & had to be awakened. Sad part was that others had complained & nothing was done. They want to charge people for smoking in a non smoking room ( you must sign an addendum stating if you smoke you will be charged a fee) but in one of my pictures there ashes behind the nightstands & incense burner in the AC unit.
