Comfort Suites Airport

Awesome Hotel Really nice and cozy hotel. Very close to airport and right off hwy. many restaurants nearby. Comfy beds and hot breakfast. Overall a pleasant trip and well worth the money. We were on our way to a cruise and they orovide shuttle service as well. Very nice people At front desk

A good place to park and stay We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the Jacksonville FL airport and provided a secure place to park our car while we were traveling. The room was very comfortable, super quiet, and very convenient. The hotel is undergoing updates so construction is being done on the 3rd floor, but only during the normal work hours. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet as well.

Nice location,but rude staff cost them my business I had stayed at the Comfort Suites Airport for four consecutive years on my way to Orlando. The location was easy to access off of I-95, and the check-in staff was always friendly. I have never given a negative review of any hotel before, so this is a first for me. On our visit in June, 2022, I went to breakfast with my daughter. She was wearing her sleep shorts (not too short, and a t-shirt). While there, she accidentally knocked over some cups, but bent over and picked them up. We were the only ones in the area. I was at the opposite side of the room and saw a housekeeper speak to her. I assumed she had thanked my daughter for picking up the cups. My daughter then ran out of the lobby and back to the room. When I returned to the room, my daughter told me that the housekeeper had scolded her for her outfit. She said the housekeeper asked her where she was from, and my girl replied, "Kentucky." The worker then proceeded to tell her, "Well, you may dress like that in Kentucky, but you don't in Florida!". My daughter was so embarrassed she ran immediately to the room. I went back down, but no one was there. Their housekeeper is entitled to her opinion, but I have my opinion on which hotel I choose to give my business to. This will not be one we visit again. I am just one Diamond Choice Member, but I will give my business to a hotel that conducts itself in a professional way. In closing, we returned to Florida May 13 for our new vacation, and I gladly went to a different hotel.

Great! This was a very nice place. The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The staff was very friendly. The neighborhood felt safe. I will say driving in the surrounding area with all the one way streets and multi intersections were very confusing. If you made a wrong turn, you might go for miles before you could get back where you needed to be.

Basic Comfort Suites quite, inexpensive, std rooms First time here and have found it very pleasant. Loved the check in/out times. Check in was 2pm and check out 11am. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Small desk was included in our room. Breakfast was available 6am-9am. Basic offerings nothing lavish. Have plans to come back in 1wk to pick up my wife.
