A Must Stay!!! STAY HERE! This is a must stay if you're in Jacksonville or stopping through. Asst. GM Telissa Andrews and her staff are welcoming, helpful, and always available. The cleaning crew keeps your room spotless. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interior design of the rooms, seating areas and breakfast are upscale and cozy. The warm breakfast options are delicious (yes...options. they have plenty to chose and the food changes daily). Parking is very sufficient. The pool, fire pit area, and weightroom are a big plus.

The little hotel that tries If the friendliness of the staff could have carried this hotel it would be a 10 star rating. Unfortunately, it didn’t make up for all the minor things wrong. This is an older hotel and they definitely try. But things need to be updated and rehabbed. I also wouldn’t rate it as clean as some of the other reviews here. While it’s not filthy, it’s not totally clean either. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if I’m back in Jacksonville. Staff is 5 star though! Everyone is pleasant and accommodating.

The Best Ms Marie was the Best! When got there or reservations were cancelled because of mix up with the dates but thanks to Ms Marie she not only refunded our money but made new reservations for 3 nights all while we waited love _ you keep up the good work Also enjoyed the song bird in the kitchen she was a delight with a beautiful welcome spirit take care see you next time!!

Great Hotel My family and I stayed at this Hampton Inn last year, so we returned this year for a convention that was held at the Vystar Arena. The staff, Ms. Mae, Melisa, Marie, Emily, Mr. Calvin all are exceptional! The rooms are very very clean. The lobby area is very clean and inviting. I love the pool area as well. The Hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants. This is a Gem, even the cookies are delicious _ you get when you check in. I hope we are invited back next year, because we will be staying at this Hampton Inn! If there's anything they can do for you they will get it done _

Great hotel, friendly staff The best Hampton Inn I have stayed at. All of the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The room was clean and serviced every day. Wifi worked great. The pool, fitness center, business area and outdoor lounge were kept clean. I was able to use the free chargers for my hybrid rental car which was a first for me. Location was perfect with plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a movie theater. Dunkin right out front door and cookies at ther front desk were added bonuses. I stayed for 17 nights and would highly recomend staying here.
