Comfy Beds and Sweet Souls.. Wow—just WOW! I am never one to write reviews but there was no way I could not write one after our stay last night. EVERYONE was so kind, welcoming and friendly. Checking in at almost 11 pm, my husband was greeted with the sweetest front desk clerk (I hate he didn’t get her name to recognize her specifically) and checking out and grabbing breakfast we were hit with a ray of SUNSHINE by Mr. Mike. His personality, hospitality, kindness and his SOUL were shining bright. He greeted every person walking by and acknowledged fellow co-workers. The world needs more genuine and loving people like Mr. Mike. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hyatt—God bless your day!

Worst Hyatt and worst airport hotel of a major brand Carpet was sticky; there were bugs in the room; hair in the bed and shower; the first room I was put in smelled like marijuana and Lysol; I had to ask about the water bottles; the refrigerator cubby hole was digusting. Bathroom floor had red goo.

Great front desk service, but other areas lavking Our overall experience was good. Let me start with the positive. The hotel is close to several restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff were wonderful. All were friendly and helpful. Kirsten was extremely friendly, full of energy and helpful. When questioned about local beaches and attractions she gave several options. She recognized us when we returned. She asked questions about our day. It showed that she cared about her customers and community. She is an excellent ambassador for the Hyatt Brand. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were two areas of concern. The shower gel bottle was empty. The first night of our stay, we informed the front desk staff. The front desk notified housekeeping of the need to refill the bottle. No one came to the room that night. We expected the shower gel to be refilled the next day. When housekeeping serviced the room, they did very little. The trash was not removed, towels not refreshed and the shower gel not refilled. Again we informed the front desk. Brittany apologized and gave us a plastic cup full of shower gel. She again submitted a request to have the shower gel filled. When housekeeping services the room on the second day, they did empty the trash and restocked the towels. Again the Shower gel was not filled. The other area of concern, was the lack of food that was prepared for breakfast. The hotel was full due to a home Jaguar Game. The kitchen prepared very little food. The ran out of egg, fruit, juice and potatoes. When questioned, staff responded that they were “slammed” for the last three hours and they did not know the number of guest in the hotel. How they were unaware of the number of guests is unacceptable. They just needed to look at the computer. Staff also stated that they were not going to cook more food because it would take too long. I would return to this hotel based on the experience with the front desk. However, housekeeping and kitchen staff needs to reminded the importance of customer service, listening to needs and can about their customers and the Hyatt name and reputation.

Calm during the storm Had to stay here due to Hurricane Milton. Staff was super friendly and made me and my family feel at home. The breakfast was freshly made every morning it feels amazing to be greeted with a friendly smile while I enjoy a good cup of coffee. Room was clean and felt homey. No issues on this trip.

Fantastic Hyatt is my favorite hotel because every state I’ve been to has the very best of everything including staff, service, locations and the downlite bedding and pillows are the absolute best to rest . The breakfast is real quality along with fantastic service. Highly recommended !
