We won’t stay here again. This location felt low class surprisingly. I thought based on a stay at another Sleep Inn loction that’s it would be of the same quality. Sadly not. We did not feel wholly safe pulling up to this hotel late at night. The first room we were assigned was down a hall that stunk. The room smelled funky, not fresh & clean. We were given another room. This room has scarred & chipped furniture, stained & bare spot carpet. On the plus side the room didn’t smell funky, still not fresh & clean, but not funky. The bed was very comfortable. The room & bathroom clean. For a one night stay on our way north it was adequate but we won’t be returning on our next trip. Best to find somewhere else.

Not a good experience Other than a comfy bed and good water pressure and temperature in the shower, pretty much bottom of the barrel hotel. The room smelled like old Chinese food. Internet was spotty at best. Cleaning staff knocked at 8:30am on Saturday morning to “see if we needed anything” (waking us up). Coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area. When we brewed coffee in the room, the packet with the wooden stir stick and napkins, etc. was moldy and unusable. Sketchy people in the parking lot, not a great area. “You get what you pay for.”

It’s not the hotel, it’s the people that stay there For some reason their Google reviews are turned off for this business, so I am leaving a review here. The outside of the building was beautiful in the photos and exactly the same in person. However, upon pulling up to check in around 9:30 PM, I got a weird vibe right off the get go. Lots of suspicious people walking around, leaning on their cars with their trunks open and shirts off, walking into the building with their shirts off too, etc. I’m not a prude, this was just a weird first impression. Front desk staff was very nice. The rooms were sort of a disappointment, you can tell this hotel has been here a long time and it was somewhat renovated (mostly just painted and new decor) and then rebranded as Sleep Inn. In the middle of the night I was awoken several times due to some loud banging that sounded like someone was trying to bust in my room, but think it must have just been the neighbors. Then, around 4:30 AM the fire alarms started going off. Mind you, I have a 10 month old baby and we only got 5 hours of not that great sleep after a super long day of traveling, so I was definitely not happy about this. Then, from the hall, I could hear someone screaming, “HELP!! HELPHELPHELPHELPHELP!!!!!” I opened my door to see some cr!ckhead pr!stitute throwing all of her items out of her room into the hall because her room was flooding due to the water sprinklers going off in her room. The alarms continued to go off for another 20-30 minutes but it didn’t matter, I decided to pack up and head tf out of there anyhow. The police and fire dept showed up. The hallway was soaked and the carpet squished beneath your feet as you walked out. We were about 5 rooms down from her and the water crept into our room as well. Future note to self: it’s ABSOLUTELY worth paying a little more for a hotel, especially with family, to hopefully weed out trouble people like this.

Snow bird stay over off I 95 The hotel has been newly renovated beds very comfortable room very clean new bathroom. Except for toilet much to Low to Ground need to replace toilet. Now the BIG disappointment! Breakfast was absolutely the worst I have ever had at a Choice hotel Property the coffee was in like a hot chocolate machine making one coffee at a time and the coffee was not drinkable. Next. No juices the machine was broken (or maybe they ran out of money after renovation) thirdly the alleged eggs were like eating a piece of cardboard no meat and the bagels were stale. I had to throw everything in the trash container thankfully there was a Dunk-in Donuts nearby and we got our breakfast Maybe management will see this and rethink their HOT BREAKFAST logo

Stay Far Away!!! OMG WHY, WHY, WHY didn't I look at the reviews first?? My work has me staying at hotels 30+ weekends a year. This is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at. THE PERSO WHO CHECKED ME IN DID 2 AUTHORIZATIONS FOR MY STAY WHICH PUT MY ACCOUNT AT NEGATIVE. Looking at other reviews I see this is kind of the norm for this location. No one at the front deck could do anything about the problem. PLEASE - if you need a hotel, stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!! I contacted corporate for Choice Hotels, and they didn't offer any help whatsoever with the exception of calling the hotel and talking to the same person that over charged me in the first place! You can see in the photo the 2 authorizations. I am done with Choice Hotels!!
