Safe & Friendly while Idalia rolled through Very Professional Staff .. while waiting for Hurricane .. Shena, when I checked, in was handled our concerns with a smile & patience. Dawn the breakfast lady was delightful & friendly. Tonya the front desk clerk handled my daily issues with knowledge & a smile .. Will stay here again when in area.

Dissatisfied Overpriced there was no coffee in the lobby and when The asked no one helped me. The room smelled like a skunk. Was woke up at 2:00am with little kids running in the hallway.

Cleanliness As a IHG employee , I’m very disappointed! Clothes found in closet . Missing amenities.. Bathroom sink smudgy ! Called front desk but seems like it’s the least of there worries. I been here for 45 minutes & have yet to be accommodated nor been help to better my stay . The whole room just feels dirty , NEVER AGAIN !!! Need to housekeepers !

Great value and very nice place The hotel had an outdoor pool that was enjoyable because never very busy. Our room was spacious and clean. After traveling all day, it was great to find a hotel that was super nice at such a good price! We've had bad experiences with crap hotels charging what we paid at this hotel. Its amazing for the value! We didn't feel the need to think twice after looking at the room prior to checking in! The receptionist was very friendly in all aspects. The morning breakfast was good hot breakfast whereas some hotels do not offer much for breakfast. We wanted a place that meant we could eat a good meal before getting on the road early the next day without having to do drive-thru or gas station food. This place I'd definitely recommend.

Not bad but can be perfect. While overall the room (307) was great, comfortable and mostly clean, there were 3 issues that need to be fixed. The flusher on the toilet was broken and the lamp on the desk didn't work plus even though I didn't need to use it, there were hairs left on the handicap seat. The amenities in the area are walking distance which was great. So if those 3 items are fixed in that room, the next person will have a very pleasant experience.
