Really great place! Great place to stay. Staff is really friendly and goes above and beyond. Night staff even made sure the room was cool and prepared for us after I called to say we were running late. Breakfast was simple but really good and the whole hotel was spotless and quiet.

Front Desk Employees __ Non working phone / broken panel / exposed wires / front desk spends most of their time sitting outside hanging with friends in trucks and smoking. Just an awful experience!!

customer service at front desk was excellent front desk was amazing night shift guy christian was polite friendly and very helpful with my needs breakfast was amazing although housekeeping could ahve been better some dirt and dust visible in bathroom microwave and fridge slighty dirty

Hotel room I had high hopes for this hotel upon reading the reviews. Was definitely let down! The fact that I had to change the linen at midnight due to them being dirty was just wrong! When you check in to a hotel, it’s expected to be in top check in shape!

Nice hotel Nice hotel in Jacksonville, TX with several eating places nearby. Room was clean and comfy. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. They have a small workout room and an indoor pool on the first floor. Complementary breakfast including eggs and sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, and make your own waffles. We would stay here again.
