Excellent business hotel Went on a business trip. Very attentive and fast registration personel, the king size bed and pillows extra comfortable and the room was very adequate in size. The indoor pool temp just perfect for relaxing after a long day . Ordered dinner from room service with little expectations but the beef fajitas with saluteed bell peppers and onions were excellent , the refried black beans very tasty . Will return for sure

La comodidad de sus camas, amabilidad y profesionalismo de los empleados y la calidad de sus comidas son excelentes. Sin duda recomiendo. Gracias!! Every time I stay in Fiesta Inn Xalapa had been a wonderful experience. I love the comfy beds and cleanliness. All the staff in Every area is efficient professional and kind. The food is delicious. Beautiful Hotel - Great Location The location is very central and super close to shopping, the staff is friendly and always available and the pool is warm and made our stay a 10/10 - would highly recommend for business or for a vacation stay like us! Love the city and this was a fantastic hotel!

Very good Es un buen hotel, aunque un poco lejos del centro. El desayuno es muy bueno aunque un poco caro. It’s a very good hotel. It’s a little far from downtown but its comfortable, clean and breakfast is great, though a little expensive.

Excellent quality and service The staff at Fiesta Inn Xalapa are outstanding from the staff at the door, reception, restaurant and bar. It is important for them that you have a great stay . As I am there on business trip it makes all the difference for me. Thank you !
