Nice hotel and staff. Nice hotel, clean and included breakfast. Helpful staff when delivery dinner order was missing silverware. Room, floors and bathroom were clean, and a/c worked well. Free cookies at night was a nice touch too. We would stay here again if our travels allow it.

Stayed Multiple Times and it is Always a Good Experience This is a nice property for a short stay. It has easy access from I-22 and the area has a number of restaurants within easy an easy drive. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Hard beds The beds are so hard it hurt to lay on them. The room was not clean and housekeeping did not made the beds when they serviced the room. The breakfast was ok, but they only had one waffle iron functioning each day. They began taking the food up before 10am.

Diamond Member Review - Excellent Staff and Excellent Stay! This is an older property but appears to be well maintained. They did everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. There was immediate recognition of Honors status and. There are also dedicated spots out front for Diamond members. Gym is minimal but they do have a Peloton bike and it is activated correctly. Room AC was able to keep up with the Alabama heat. Immediate area felt safe. Above all, the staff members were consistently friendly. Would definitely stay here again the future.

Fair at best Usually I seek out Hampton/Hilton properties for their good reputation. This one was a little different. Room was very dated. Carpet was filthy. Chair was so nasty I had to put a towel on it before sitting down. A/C was cool not cold. Breakfast was typical free Hampton breakfast….but they did have cereal in a box, which I do enjoy vs big container of who knows what that is stale. Front desk girl was nice at check in. Unlikely to stay here again. Travel up the road about 30 minutes to Winfield, AL for a better overall experience.
