Nice room but hotel is just okay King suite room with whirlpool was very spacious, appreciated having the whirlpool tub. Nice towels and comfortable bed. Large windows. Hotel itself wasn't that great. Parking was on the street because the garage door was broken. Microwave in the room had a sticky turntable inside. Restaurant had a nice view but the dinner food was not great and the staff didn't seem very experienced. Maybe they were having an off day. Area around the hotel was not very exciting.

Great stop in Jeff City The staff was very friendly - the hotel building is older but clean and a good place in the city: it’s hilly but an easy walk to the Capitol. We were there with 2 kids under 5 and everyone was super helpful & the wait staff at the restaurant were very kind & the 360 view was great !

The doubletree in Jefferson City has outstanding service The Jefferson City DoubleTree is an outstanding hotel. The food and drinks are always great in the top floor bar and grille with great views of the capital. Truly a great menu with excellent service. Liz and the rest of the front desk team always exceed our expectations for hotel service. We stay there often and every stay is a pleasant experience, always feels like a home away from home. Thank you to all the staff, but an extra thanks to all working the front desk!

Terrible customer service Horrible customer service regarding the parking garage and poor signage/lighting which caused my back window to be shattered while parking my SUV the evening that I arrived. Several parking spaces were blocked off for low clearance, but not the one I backed into. Not the experience I would expect from a Hilton property. Very disappointed
