Easy access and clean Room was satisfactory, breakfast was adequate, friendly greeting, all in all would stay here again. We did not experience any issues during our stay. Only suggestion would be to have the smoke alarm hooked up and working.

Not good My advice is to stay away from this hotel. It is owned by the Patel cartel. If you are not familiar with them they buy distressed properties. This used to be a Holiday inn but lost The branding because of poor quality of the hotel. They put zero money into the hotels they buy and eventually abandon the property when it is ready to be condemned.

You get what you pay for. Very clean. Nice pool. Breakfast was normal. Eggs, sausage, and potatoes every single morning. Also yogurt, waffles, and 2% milk with cereal. Bananas and apples. Parking lot can get full on weekends and you may have to park behind the hotel which seemed dark. Pool looked nice. Water seemed cold to me. It had a hot tub. Floor shook when we walked on it. I'm sorry for the people under us when we arrived at midnight. I'm so sorry; I know they could hear us; I tried my best. AC was kind of horrible. I like to run the fan steady at night for constant sound. This one turned on, off, on, off. And the compressor was loud. Room was spotlessly clean. Carpet was clean (my white socks stayed white). I guess I have to get used to hotels now putting a hold on my credit card. $40. I guess people must steal a lot of stuff or smoke. The hotel is 3 stories tall with the middle floor (2nd floor) as the entrance.

Additional charges I booked this through a travel site and when I arrived, I learned that they automatically charge $40 for incidentals. This isn't a hold on your account, they actually charge the additional $40. I still haven't received the money back from that charge, as they are blaming my bank on slow processing times. I don't understand why they charged the extra $40, instead of just placing a hold. It makes my untrusting of this company and I won't stay here again. This is owned by a Jefferson City hotel company. Beware.

Terrible Hotel I called ahead prior to booking this hotel and was told the pool/hot tub were open. I booked the hotel on this basis due to long drive and I deal with neck and back pain so I like to soak to relieve pain. Upon arriving, I changed into my swimsuit and went to seek out the pool area. This particular hotel you enter on the 2nd floor and the pool was on the first floor. I used the stairs and went to the first floor. The first floor looked like a dungeon. No lights on, no rooms occupied and found the pool all taped off and closed. (Not what I was told over the phone). I later decided go to dinner but prior to going I took a shower. Upon entering the bathroom I found a dirty/stained tub with a leak from faucet (which I was barely able to turn off after the shower). I left the bathroom and came back in a few minutes later to notice something on the towel I had just used. Written on the edge of the towel in black sharpie were the words ("Kitchen Towel") yet was in my room and i just used it to dry off. I Found this to be kind of gross and out of place. The bed was terrible too. The two best parts of my stay were 1.) Couch/TV 2.) Checking out and leaving this hotel. Very disappointed with my stay and definitely not up to Choice Hotel standards
