good stay Location: between Jerome and Twin Falls, which may be good or bad, but you're not more than 10 minutes from either. Bed was comfortable, plenty of parking, breakfast was better than average. Pool is 24 hours! Staff was friendly. Only downside is the back area seems to play host to many 18 wheeler trucks and similar. Mildly annoying but not really an issue.

Great stay, very comfortable room and great facilities, great overall value We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable (in particular the beds) , well equipped and very silent. The room also had a safe. The large pool and spa, open 24/7, were well appreciated. The staff was friendly too. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety. I would have added one more star if this hotel made efforts to reduce plastic waste. Not only having breakfast is more pleasant with ceramic plates and cups, metal silverware and glass glasses, but also plastic waste takes hundreds of years to decompose, releasing nanoparticles of plastics in the environment. Such particles are toxic for the whole foodchain, including for us humans. Many hotels are already committed to reducing plastic waste, especially in Europe. This hotel could participate to this effort for the sake of future generations

Service fee listed as miscellaneous tax This was a lovely enough hotel. Visit was spoiled by the addition of a service fee. Why? Rooms were large with the pillows and poor WiFi being the only downside. Otherwise we would have returned. New facility. …………………………………………………………………..

Great location off the highway for some sleep on a long road trip. Easily accessible location right off the highway, and the grounds are well maintained. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good outside of the disgusting coffee. Additionally, the wifi was a bit spotty, but for a night on the road to sleep, it is fine. Overall, while I would stay again, the Fairfield down the street in Twin Falls is much better than this for a similar value.

Staff are exceptional The best part of our experience in this clean, comfortable lodging was the night receptionist who extended us great kindness above and beyond ANY expectation. We arrived late, had to do 3 loads of laundry and were behind another guest. Rachelle, the receptionist, offered to move our wet loads to the dryer and take them out when they were dry, which allowed us to get some much-needed sleep. She even slipped a lovely note under our door. We’ll never forget this Comfort Inn’s empowerment of its employees.
