Jesup Inn & Suites

We expected bad and sure enough…it was I know the room was cheap and it was in a small town but come on. There really is no excuse for the level of yuck in our room. This is a Wyndham property, for heaven’s sake. The curtains were torn, there was a huge crack in the shower floor, the toilet seat was, I don’t know what, burned or something. A little effort could have made the room much better. The soda vending machine said it was out of everything, there was a padlock on the pool area. The only reason we picked Days Inn instead of the other hotel right across the driveway was because that one looked worse from the outside. On the plus side. Both men at the front desk promised to keep an eye on our motorcycle on their shifts (there’s 24/7 staffing) and they did, it was fine. It was quiet at night; we slept well. We both took showers without being pulled into the portal to hell in the shower floor. Breakfast was sparse but there were options and it’s always good to have morning food available. We loved the Union Station Brewing Company in town. Should we have gone to the Holiday Inn down the road that would have cost twice as much and got plenty of bad reviews as well? Maybe. But like I said, we slept okay, we got clean, we got food. I wish Wyndham would spend a few more dollars on their lower-cost properties and give us backroad travelers nicer places to stay.

RUDE STAFF RUDE STAFF. And I mean RUDE 4 people can't stay in a room with 2 beds, so I guess they don't have rooms for 4 people. Go across the street to Baymount by Wyndham. They are friendly and get a lot of guests due to the staff at Days Inn

Don't stay here, you are much better off elsewhere Rudest lady at the front desk, we were denied service because of a service dog, she saw the dog out the window and screamed no pets, I said no problem its a service dog, she said ok well we don't have a room then, I asked for her Name its sounded like Teshia or something, she wouldn't repeat it when she realized I was filling a complaint, she said she doesn't care about a disability or complaint she is taking care of her property make whatever complaint or review you want.... but since I've read the other reviews I'm guessing we lucked out by being refused and didn't have to stay in a disgusting room (sometimes things work themselves out for the best) there's a few much nicer hotels in the vicinity with friendly staff and clean rooms, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

A dump. Rude and mean staff. Stay away! This place is a dump. Room was not clean and bath tub was dirty. The people that managed the place were very rude and mean. The breakfast is a joke and they removed all the tables and chairs because they said it was for COVID. How stupid. We participated in Bike Ride Across GA and have stayed here several times. Each year it gets worse. We understand that there are limited options of hotels in small towns but this one is aweful. Stay away!

Poor Everything Poor customer service, no customer interaction, substandard repairs, no breakfast. Staff stayed locked behind glass, no eye contact. Overall, staff did not appear welcoming, no smiling, failed to explain room check in/out processes.
