Nice, quiet stay I recently stayed 2 nights in a king room, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't good though, but that's not a dealbreaker for me. The rates were very affordable. The hotel was very quiet, even though there were other cars in the parking lot and I saw other guests in the hallways, I never heard people in other rooms. Parking is easy, there's a lot in front and in back. Located a very short distance from Wright's Barbecue and plenty of chain restaurants.

Not Great Room was decorated nicely, but very modern, contemporary design in monochrome colors. Felt cold and sterile. TV had horrible color and the satellite/ cable network was out of eastern Arkansas, so no local news or weather. Poor selection of things to watch. Shower was not great - floor was very slick, water pressure was weak. No shelving etc. for shampoo, etc. Bed was fairly comfortable, but only about 2 ft high off the floor. Office chair and one side chair. No restaurant or hot breakfast. No laundry facilities. We were put here for a couple of week stay, so not suited for that kind of time frame.

Pleasant and quiet Located on main road but surprisingly quiet. Rooms are large with modern feel. The hotel itself feels like a tastefully renovated barn (it was a mill). Front desk is extremely personable. Breakfast has typical cold items (yoghurt, eggs, cold cuts, etc.)

Did not meet expectations, and several serious issues unaddressed. Found this hotel from the Ascend Hotel Collection and I could only read 3 reviews, but they sounded good enough, that I called in. Lady at front desk very helpful but some miscommunication about the amenities. The deluxe continental breakfast was far from it with just fruit, pastries, and microwavable items. Grounds were nice enough and as a photographer got some decent shots, thought the pond water very dirty, and the above grounds in rough shape, be wary of loose river rock paths edges! I even took a few pics for fellow lodgers out for a big night. The room is mainly why my rating so low, as smelled of mold. There was some standing water in the back parking lot of Inn, portion blocked off, and the odor of room very similar. There was an overhead light that flickered off and on, unless shut off completely. The floor sloped and was soft in places. The bed decent but pillows extremely uncomfortable. Noise was easily heard through gap in room door. Above noise was same, but fortunately the lodger was quiet after 10. The 2 person listed whirlpool was not, at 5"5' i could touch toes to the oddly designed (very old) tub, and my 6foot husband impossible to fit sadly. It is wired to the wall, so after in, had to get back out and turn on, quite the wet hassle. Aveda products a nice touch. Gave a point for the architectural appeal of the room and the unique couch that surround two walls, but was not comfortable, so just for aesthetics. balcony was very nice, no view, but spacious and a plus. As a military couple who travel the US we felt like they tried a NOLA vibe, but just could not pull off at this mill to the standards we are accustomed with older lodgings. At check out tried to speak with the young man about who to contact about the issues we experienced: no owner info available, private, only given a "managers" number. With that said, hoping Ascend does reach out, and pay very close attention to reviews like mine, that are quite different than what I was able to actually view about the Inn at the Mill. The mold aroma/issue especially, as coughed a lot, and had known would not have chosen, period.
