Hampton Inn Johnson City

Nice place Just recently stayed here, and everything was as anticipated. All services provided were very good. Check in/out very easy. Fresh towels everyday as well as the bed being made. The room was perfect. Breakfast was more than adequate to get the day started. They even provided a bag lunch if requested. We had an issue with the reservation and pricing, but the Manager Michael took care of the situation and honored the rates we were quoted and signed up for. If in the area do not hesitate to stay at this Hampton Inn.

Below average Hampton! Tiffany checked me in and she was very pleasant and helpful, as was the gal that checked me out was also pleasant and helpful . This is a very OLD property, though they have remodeled the rooms and bathrooms. This property only has "Standard King bed and Standard two queen bed" rooms. Our room was small compared to other newer built Hampton Inns In our room the light bulbs were so dim, you could not read in the bedroom. I think there were only three lights in the bed room. The bathroom was very well lit up. We could hear the TV in the next room. When the toilet flushed , there was a VERY high pitched annoying noise that the toilet made. In the shower there is no shelf to put your personal soap, shampoo, or conditioner. In the bathroom the hot and cold faucets were backwards. The cold was on the left and the hot was on the right, with no markings as to which side was hot or cold. The outdoor swimming pool was closed. No USA Today news paper, nor any other news paper. It is very difficult to turn left out of the Motel on to the street. The breakfast serving area is VERY small! Breakfast was the Absolut minimum that is served at any Hampton. The price we paid was very OVER priced for we we received for a stay! The previous night we stayed at the Home 2 for the very same price. We just thought we would try out this Hampton as we had never stayed at this property. With the other Hilton Brands available in the Tri-city area of Eastern TN, we will never stay at this property again. In the past four years, We have made at least three trips a year to the Tri-city area. If in Johnson City, I recommend the Double Tree over this property, and I VERY much recommend the Home 2 of both those properties. If in Kingsport, I VERY, VERY much recommend the Hampton many times over this property, even though the Kingsport Hampton Inn costs more.

Disappointed in this Hilton property Threadbare furniture, washcloths so worn you can see through them, WiFi down the entire time, huge potholes in parking area, lacking nightstands, sheets did not fit bed, tiny room, bathroom fixture did not fit sink. Only positive was general cleanliness. Grossly overpriced for this product.

Nice hotel, good location and amenities. The hotel is very nice and pet friendly. Room were clean and spacious. That was important to us. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea all the time. We will stay there again. Convenient location with stores and restaurants near there. Parking was good.

Great little hotel We were in Johnson City for the first time for a family event. Great little hotel. Located right across the street from a Publix and central to a lot of the places we needed to go for the weekend. The General Manager Michael was amazing and very welcoming. This hotel was very simple, quite and clean and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
