Grand experience in Jonesboro, Arkansas We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn. The room was clean and the staff, particularly Angie at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The meals prepared by the amazing Ms. Tequila were exemplary, and she went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast dining experiences were first class. The overall experience was akin to a second home during our short stay in Jonesboro! Thank you Hampton Inn staff for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

Refreshingly friendly staff My husband and I traveled with his elderly mother to a family event in the area. I made reservations for a handicap accessible room for her and a regular king for us. The staff greeted us warmly as we checked in. We were put in 2 very close rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed this breakfast and the staff member overseeing the breakfast room was very helpful and polite. The lady that checked us out was also very friendly. It was refreshing to be treated as a valued guest.

Disappointed Breakfast quality and safety was poor, check out was poor and slow and rude, pet fee ridiculous, room not the best, noises of hotel irritating. The check in was good, but when I was in a hurry in the morning, no one was at the front desk and it took a lot to get someone to come to the front. Then the computer didn't work up front and it took at least 5 minutes just to print the receipt. Then the lady was rude. The pet fee wasn't stated and varied from what was indicated by other sites. The pet fee is so high for one night - at least state the price!

Clean, Great Staff, Internet Not so good Enjoyable stay. The internet, as I have experienced in many other hotels, is very poor. Having to disconnect and reconnect often. Forget about "Connect Automatically". Must be the cheapest Internet the Owner could find to increase his profits. Good enough This is an older Hampton that has been upgraded to newer standards. My main disappointment was the bed. A innerspring mattress that creaked when you sat or lay down on it. Room seemed clean and fresh which is what I look for. Staff was pleasant. I would stay here again. Room AC fan had a continuous on setting which dulls the compressor noise kicking off and on all night.
