Smells like cigarettes If you love the smell of cigarette smoke, this is the place for you! Stayed here for a quick break on a trip, and I will never do so again. The room smelled like someone just smoked an entire pack of cigarettes in the bed. The sheets reeked of smoke. I do not suggest staying here.

Updated review ** Encountered Smokey room, blocked advertised destination charger & used towels in the laundry basket ****Updated! The manager , Ethan , reached out to me and said he wanted to make sure all the wrongs were corrected. We had a lovely chat _ thank you Mr Ethan_ He wanted to address the dirty linen & the blocked advertised destination charger. I have full confidence that when we go back again, and for all the other guests in between, it will be a great overnight experience ____ Arriving from a long day on the road & with a promise of an advertised destination charger for our car, we discovered another car parked in the charging spot not charging. Front desk told us there is nothing they can do and gave us the key card and we wearily walked to our room only to discover that it smelled like a huge ash tray! Ugh ×100. Walked back to the front desk, told me I was out of luck. No other king rooms were available. He promptly gave me a big can of room freshener spray & said use this I upon settling into the room after using Lysol wipes & air freshener I discovered a trash can containing the guests before us, trash & the laundry basket in the closet containing used towel/towels. Positive note the bed linens were clean after being closely examined & the bed was comfy. 1HC & Candlewood suites, y'all need to own your work with cleaner rooms & give a care about people needing to use your advertised destination charger. (FYI 1/2 of the 4th floor is for smoking guests)

Nice place to stay Clean rooms, king suite is very nice with large desk and separate bed room and full kitchen. The hotel and staff are great. It's hard to find the entrance as it's behind some other hotels. I plan on staying here again. Also, coffee machine in lobby always has coffee. And ice machine is right by it.

Housekeeping Policy Not Communicated The rate that I paid made no mention of the hotel's cleaning policy. I was not informed before I booked this room nor was I told when I checked in that housekeeping would only be performed on my room every seven days. This is something that I find completely unacceptable.

Would not recommend this hotel, 2 night min. even for members. I'm a member of IGH. After a long day of travel I tried to get a one night stay at this hotel. I was told the manager posted only two night stays. We are also members of Marriott so we went to a Marriott hotel instead. They welcomed us. I find Comfort Inns are also very welcoming. I'm very disappointed that this hotel wouldn't sell us a one night stay.
