Great little trip! Just fun times! Three ladies for a little getaway. We did a whale watching tour, wondered around town and shops, and drove out to St. Theresa Shrine. Beautiful area.

Comfort in Juneau This is our 3rd time staying at the Ramada. Perfect location for walk ability into town for restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable, also quiet and spacious. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were very good with excellent wait staff. The owner makes his own ice cream!

Bad This place is awful for the price. $350 a night for this motel. Where do I start?1) TV works sometimes, and it's not your normal one you turn on and watch channels (like you would expect, I'm on vacation), no, it's Android TV (Peacock froze up again so typing this.) Disney+ not working/says error, call Disney Plus, streaming channels not working, Netflix works tonight 2) No screens on the windows and a bunch of nails? on the rail, also on the rail has bird crap everywhere, not great for young children. 3) phone not plugged in, couldn't find where to plug in, no big deal, we all have cells, but still 4) You get a portable heater/fan with your room 4) loud, by the main street, have to keep windows open to get air in. 5) crappie paint job on walls, doors, drips everywhere. I'll give a 2 vs 1 star, as I hear the restaurant is great. I heard a lady with an accent question the bathrooms while getting off the elevator. I was thinking, is this the best the U.S. has to offer tourists?

Great Service Had reservations for two one-night stays after week-long boat charter from Sitka to Juneau. Property is nice with great views and an exquisite restaurant. Upon initially trying to check in, our rooms weren't ready but we were greeted by Graycen, who proved to be a wealth of knowledge about both the property and surrounding area; unfortunately, this type of service is becoming a thing of the past, but she exemplified the definition of hospitality. Later on we did encounter a small issue with our reservations, but it was handled swiftly and in a very fair manner by GM Jessica. After this experience, it wasn't hard to tell why Graycen did such a great job - great service has a trickle-down effect and Jessica is an excellent example of a leader. Typically not a Wyndham fan, but I would definitely stay here if in Juneau again.
