Evidence of the law of supply and demand This is a two-star hotel, with four-star prices in the summer. No getting around it... it's hard to find a decent place to stay in Juneau during tourist season. Be prepared to pay for the privilege.

Great Affordable Stay Room was affordable and clean. A bit outdated and dark though. Offered a shuttle to and from the airport which was very nice. Would stay again if visiting.

Basic safe place to stay. It is a safe place to sleep but nothing special or tidy. Breakfast was a disappointment. Staff were friendly. Not much in walking distance other than McDonalds next door. Changed hotels after first night found out downtown was cheaper and cleaner.

Very nice airport hotel Very good option for precruise hotel in Juneau. Very friendly staff, clean and decent rooms. Shuttle available 24 hours. We had a flight cancellation causing us to arrive one day late. The hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating making it all work out. We much appreciated their help.

Very Convenient to the Airport Great Customer service from the staff even on a busy 4th of July holiday. They were able to store our luggage and had a shuttle service to the airport. Continental breakfast provided.
