Best Western Plus Conveniently located to highway, gas and restaurants. Attractive hotel. Very clean. Quiet room. Indoor swimming pool and exercise room.

Great room and stay Very short stay, one night drop in for a nearby wedding. Let us check in 1.5 hours early (we called first) to get dressed. Room nice and clean, AC worked great in the heat. Bed comfy, room was quiet. Good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was good, lots of choices, attendant was nice, kept things full. Every employee we met was very friendly and helpful even with the place being pretty busy judging by the parking lot. Will be back if we are in the area.

Comfortable and relaxing The staff was friendly,personalable and professional. The property was well maintained. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff kept the dining area clean and made sure the food was fresh.

Disappointed The hotel was easy to access off the expressway and that is really the only positive about the hotel other than the mattress was ok. The breakfast could use a couple more warm options and the service could be a little more friendly. Also it would be nice for the pool to have expanded hours either in the AM for exercise or evening for recreational soaking

Rooms were dirty / gross / bugs in room, how discussing. DO NOT STAY AT THIS BEST 'WORSE' WESTERN LOCATION: The 1st room that I was given, room 101, which was a suite room. I checked in around 11:00 to 11:30 PM. So it was a very late check in. The bed was stripped, no pillow cases to be seen and comforter was on the chair. There was AA batteries on the counter and the package as well. The toilet has urine in it and garbage in the can. There was flies in the shower... I said NOPE NOT TODAY I will be staying in this room I need a difference room after seeing all of this. The second room that I was given, room 314, seems ok when I first entered it. I looked under the 2 queen beds in the room. The one on the right side had a dead bug under the mattress and the platform, so I checked the bed on the left closest to the heater/AC unit. It seemed fine. So I pulled back the bedding and I was on the phone with my Wife for about 20 minutes it was very late. Soon I went into the bathroom and I smelled the scent of Marijuana in the bathroom. I thought well this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. So I was almost getting ready to get in the bed and there was a stink bug in the bedding and that was the last straw. I packed up my things and made a reservation at the newer Holiday Inn Express and Suites down the road. When leaving the room, I entered the hallway on the 3rd floor I definitely could smell Marijuana from someone smoking it somewhere. I also told this to the person at the front desk. It was a "free night stay for me", based in your hotel chain offering a promotion stay 2 and get 1 free on us and THIS WAS A FREE NIGHT AND I WOULD NOT STAY HERE. That's pretty bad and I wasn't VERY UPSET. So I had to pay $183.40 for a nice clean room in a different hotel. WHAT A DISAPPOINTING.
