Pretty good but disappointed our room was not cleaned when we returned from a day of golf.. Loved having so many towels in the room. Disappointed that our room did not get cleaned one night. Breakfast super....staff helped with waffles ! No place to plug our car in....outlets were not working. Cookies were super. Nice hotel environment.

Family Trip Very accommodating staff. Very welcoming. The pool was open 24/7. The breakfast was good and the proximity of everything was convenient, we didn’t have to travel to far to get where we needed. They gave us advice where good places to go and eat.

Disappointed I paid for a suite with a working fireplace (for ambience), and the gas to it was turned off (no pilot light). I had to wait 15 mins in the Lobby to see the manager. She explained they are turned off, starting in June. I should have been advised, some how, before reserving the room. She gave me a $25 discount per day. The carbon monoxide device kept beeping on & off, until I realized it was because I had switched the pilot light on a non working fireplace, and didn't switch it off. Also, can a channel guide be put in the room for convenience (I had to just memorize the TV channels). A large lounge & bar area with pool table, closed. Covid should no longer be the excuse.

Not worth it Shower had hair in it amd a razor left behind by a previous guest. We were so tired we couldn't even think to go talk to thw front desk. We were told the rooms were all remodeled and very nice but they're very dated bathrooms and bland rooms. Definitely not worth the 250 we paid and we won't consider staying again.

Winning waffles Pros: Free breakfast with make-your-own waffles. Loved that they had 2 waffle machines. Breakfast area was clean and organized. Room was spacious. Plentiful parking. Includes free WiFi, mini fridge and microwave. Has elevator for 3 story hotel with breakfast on 2nd floor. 24 hr indoor pool and hot tub. Next to Exxon gas station and highway. Pet friendly (additional fee). 1 hr drive to Apgar area of Glacier National Park. Cons: Bathtub drain was clogged. Check-in was slow.
