Avoid the hotel, definitely go to the restaurant Easily one of the rudest front desk staff I have ever come across at any Best Western! Especially not dog kind.. but the rooms are decent, location is perfect, and the onsite restaurant is brilliant, total contrast from hotel staff, restaurant staff was so kind and so helpful and so dog friendly and had good food!! Iffty this is a special thanks to u for helping us start our morning with such positivity!!

Good for a quick night It’s a good location and good if you just wanna spend one night quickly. Location is very convenient. Right off highway and walking distance to everything. Staff is ok but not very welcoming at times

Too much money and no complimentary breakfast Was charged more than quoted on the phone and no complimentary breakfast which most Best Westerns do

10/10 ⭐️ great stay Lovely friendly & professional staff, on arrival we felt instantly welcome & relaxed. The hotel excellent, all new refurbished rooms lovely & clean environment, including the restaurant area, again the staff very friendly & professional. The food was very good. Snacks available to purchase also. Across the road a few metres a 7 Eleven garage & more shops in walking distance. All in all I give this hotel 10/10 ⭐️ I recommend it.

Amazing hotel and staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Amazing check in and check out. Very friendly. Great restaurant. Had the best sleep. Had an amazing view of Kamloops and watched the sun rise over the mountains.
