Avoid a stay at this hotel As an Ex Greyhound driver I have stayed in some pretty ruff hotels, my stay at the Ramada Wyndham hotel really lowered the bar. I have attached images to show just how dirty the room was. The "black out curtains" had holes and were very dusty. The AC was very old and as such was very loud, modern AC units can keep a constant cool temperature, this one would turn off then kick back on and was so loud it kept waking us up. The bathroom was really bad, not cleaned very well and had a "smell", since the fan did not work it smelled of old humidity. The smeared grout that I first thought was mold was quite the eye sore and the shower head looks like it was from the 70's and the bubbling wallpaper really rounded out the washroom. The floor was so loud when walking on it, we could also hear the people above us walking around at all hours of the night, so getting a good night sleep was out of the question. The beds were okay but really not great, 5/10 and the pillows were horrible standard looking fluffy and comfortable but the second you put your head on them, flaten right out to next to nothing. At one point this hotel might have been a nice place to stay as it stands now its really bad and I will not be coming back. The price we paid was much too high for the room we got.

Wait for Deals I got a good deal for my trip, and I got what I paid for. The room was acceptable, but the shower was too small and the shower head was not adequate (my kid couldn’t get in the water at all). The fitted sheet came off the bed while we were sleeping, there was no comforter cover just two flat sheets (one below and one on top). The AC worked okay, but couldn’t cool the whole room even after being on with no windows open for 3 days. The breakfast coupon was okay but they don’t serve full meals if you use one, and you also have to choose from a limited menu (which didn’t have some items in stock). The rooms are really loud, especially near the stairwells, and anything below the top floor. The staff were excellent and did what they could. The welcome package was cute, had water bottles for each guest and some snacks. The bathrooms are very tight. The TV remote didn’t work well, and apparently a power outage left many phones not usable including mine, which has safety concerns and does not make staff accessible.

Great room! Great shower - lots of hot water and pressure. Big fluffy towels. Quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Only thing is the people in the room above us were very heavy footed and running around. We complained and it stopped for a while. Next time will get top floor.

Good Value & Service This is a very decent place for price and value. Room was clean and tidy (no odd odours etc). Beds were quite comfortable, and while bathroom is very basic, it too was clean. We ate dinner and then breakfast in the attached Columbia Diner and the food again was good, and service was friendly and accommodating. We were just passing through for one night, but will certainly stay again based on our first experience.

Excellent service at check in !! The service I received at check-in was excellent. The young lady on the desk went beyond helping me out. Vanshika was very helpful and kind She was quite probably the main reason I gave my state the rating I did. The room was clean had all the amenities I needed, including a nice view. What more can you ask for?? We had breakfast the following morning I Was joined by friends, who had also evacuated to Kamloops, and the service in the restaurant was fabulous as well. We had a dog with us, so we sat out in the parking lot, and they brought our food out to us which was great food was excellent service was excellent.
