Need some updating, but otherwise a good place to stay We were part of a travel group that stayed here for one night. The hotel was centrally located close to breweries, eateries a grocery store and a drug store. While the place could use some updating, the rooms were clean( including the bathroom, which is important to my wife) and the beds were comfortable. We had very early departure time the next day, so we did not eat breakfast.

Great spot for young families I booked the hotel last minute and was hesitant after I read the reviews, but for our purposes and needs, this hotel was very good, with my managed expectations. I knew there was no lobby bar or brand new decor, but for a solo parent with a very active child, we had everything we needed for a few days here. The rooms were well equipped, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, the small convenience store thrilled my son with a lot of fun candy options, there was a small fridge and microwave and the breakfast options were very budget friendly for a quick breakfast. My son (8) loved the arcade and quickly made friends in the pool, where we spent a ton of time. There was a small outdoor area that some people used to barbeque hotdogs for their soccer team. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. In my view it is perfect affordable venue for young families. We will be back! My only complaint really is the covered parking needs a good cleaning, a power wash once in a while would make a big difference! Thanks for a great stay.

Uninviting hotel Thankfully stayed only one night in between our 2 days on the lovely Rocky Mountaineer train. Hotel is in need of refurb. Room was basic with beds looked like already slept in. Smelly pillows (we covered with towels) grubby carpets. Dingy corridors, no bar and limited food offerings. The area around the hotel is not very inviting at all and on a wet Sunday evening everything seemed closed anyway. Not at all in keeping with the 2 amazing days on the train.

2 to 3 star hotel Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Very basic rooms and the building and shared areas are in need of renovation. 2 to 3 star at most. We also found the area around the hotel to be less than desirable - lots of people on the streets and didn’t feel very safe

Ok but not great. Stayed here on the mid night break on the Rocky Mountaineer trip and if I am honest it wasn't of the quality that you might expect compared to the rest of the RM experience. Room was clean enough and comfortable but the hotel itself was very tired and ion major need of an upgrade.
