Missy was very helpful at check in This is the third time we have stayed here over the years. Every visit the front desk staff have been incredible. This time was no exception. We arrived during a power outage. Online booking was impossible. The young woman was very friendly and extremely helpful. Computers were a bit slow as the power returned. She also helped me immensely with some of my electronics. She didn't have to help, especially with the chaos of a blackout. But it saved what potentially could have been a wasteful next few days for us. Breakfast was very good on our previous visits. This time we left a 3:30 am to catch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon.

Quality Stay in Moab This Quality Inn is located just slightly off the main strip which provides beautiful views. The room was clean, and the pillows were so comfortable! Everyone working was professional, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel was priced fairly too!

Stay away its twice we were here...First and Last This place is horrible! My wife and I checked in and had to wait for our room to be ready at 3 PM. When we saw our room #116!!!!!the chairs were dirty, the room smelled. There was a layer of dirt on the edges of the room where you could see no one vacuumed in months., and use the crevice tool to get into the corners. This room in in the basement and considered a pet friendly room. Very noisy and next to the stair so we heard everyone coming and leaving. Then there is the bathroom. Mold, grime and rust in the tub. We looked at the bed and questioned whether or not they even changed the linen out. The stair wells were full of drywall and other building materials. Travelers be wary….. this place sucks you in, but does not meet standards expected by any traveler.

Good for one night to visit Utah's national parks This hotel is a good-looking stop on the road to the National Parks of the state Utah. It has a sandstone look and the rooms are also quite okay. They are big enough, comfortable and nice. The people working here are okay, and there's enough parking space. Breakfast is small, but okay, and you can make your own Belgian waffles. I think it is a nice place to stay for a night, but I wouldn't stay much longer. Also, contacting the hotel per mail / message after the stay can take some time.

Quality Inn Kanab….. Stay Away!!!!! This place is horrible! My wife and I checked in on Friday night, thinking what a great place, great location. Then we saw our room #222!!!!!the chairs were dirty, the room smelled. The door looked like a honey bucket door. The room was outdated with 1970s dropped fluorescent lighting. There was a layer of dirt on the edges of the room where you could see no one vacuumed. Then there is the bathroom. Mold, grime and rust in the tub. We looked at the bed and questioned whether or not they even changed the linen out. We checked out that same night. Willing to give up one to even two nights just to have a good weekend. Went to complain and hit a brick wall. Of course the manager didn’t care and Choice Resorts backed them up even with photo proof. Travelers be wary….. this place sucks you in, but does not meet standards expected by any traveler.
