Quick two day visit to the area! Very clean hotel, the lot was full but was lucky and found a place to park, hotel was on the middle of a shopping center! Lots of stores to visit and places to eat. Had a great breakfast area and found lots to eat. If I get back to this area will stay here again!

Family Bound in North Carolina The hotel clerk was so accommodating to us, she went and found us a cart to take our luggage up to the room, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. When we go back, this is where we will always stay. The hotel was really nice overall! Glad this is the one we chose.

Abusive staff member My sister was checking in at 10:30 at night as a solo traveler and was verbally abused by Angelica, a front desk employee who wasn’t even the one assisting her. My mother and I were on the phone listening when Angelica butted into a conversation in which another employee was assisting my sister with some confusion surrounding her online check-in. Both this employee (whose name I did not catch) and my sister were having a friendly conversation when Angelica interrupted to argue with my sister, speaking over her coworker and even complaining that she “was supposed to get off work 36 minutes ago.” She spoke to my sister using such derogatory and disrespectful language, that the other employee had to apologize for Angelica’s behavior. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and disgusting conduct in my life. If THIS is how you train your staff to behave, you should be ashamed!

COMFORTABLE ROADSIDE HOTEL IN SHOPPING AREA This hotel is located right next door to Sam's and across the street from Walmart and many other strip mall type stores and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and the decor is pleasant. All the expected Holiday Inn Express amenities are available for all guests. Indoor pool and fitness center. Parking lot can get full late at night so plan accordingly. Reasonable rates and convenient location right off Interstate 85. Highly recommended!!!

Holiday Inn Express We were in town for a funeral and chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was not disappointed. The rooms are a little older but still clean. The bed was comfy and it was very quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
