Great wolf Lodge trip surpassed expectations. We stayed in May for my daughter's birthday. We accessed all the amenities water park, laser tag, mini golf ECT. Everything was extremely clean. My daughter loves having her birthday here. The only thing that stands out was while checking in. The music that the lobby plays is way to loud I had to raise my voice for the sweet ladies at reception. Kathryn and Rehani were wonderful at the desk it just is way to loud in the lobby with the music to try and check in. I had a hard time hearing what they were saying and vice versa. Other than the music in the lobby it was a wonderful time. Thank you all

It serves its purpose, but at a price. This was our third stay at this location, and fifth stay overall at a Great Wolf Lodge. Why do we keep staying here? It’s a convenient way to book a stay and play vacation for kids. However, I feel we are aging out of it as a family and my kids aren’t even close to teenagers. It’s best to manage expectations if considering this resort. The good: - really everything you need in one place (food and entertainment for kids) - never had an issue with cleanliness - staff is friendly and helpful - easy check in process and app - the magiquest game is popular and gets kids active by sending them on a treasure hunt essentially The bad: - for the first time, the water throughout the park, with the exception of the hot tubs, was cold and unpleasant. It actually made me not want to get in and I never stayed longer than an hour or so at a time - hotel is dated and it shows. While overall I think the facility is well-maintained, there’s peeling wallpaper, rippled carpeting, and algae in the water park area - it’s pricey. Rooms are expensive for being an average hotel, but it gets you into the water park. The countless add-ons within the resort (food, arcade, “laser-tag”, mini golf, build-a-bear, magiquest, and food) will all add up quickly - MagiQuest game and interactive objects could use a refresh. Again, it shows its age - it gets boring after two days unless you have a bunch of money to burn through on the extras - parking is $19 a night The average: - rooms are standard, even the themed ones. Don’t expect luxury - water park area didn’t seem well staffed. I’m assuming they had the proper number of lifeguards, but staffing seemed light in general for how busy the water park was. Getting in and checking out towels is a pain when only one person is working it Overall, I think it’s a good choice for families with small children and parents with thick wallets or strong willpower because the resort is built for kids, waiting for parents to give into their every whim. We’ve made good memories here and the kids have enjoyed it, but it seems to have lost its luster for us. I wouldn’t want to spend more than two nights here.

Worst hotel ever This hotel is extremely rundown. The staff is not at all enthusiastic about their positions. Their communication and coordination is horrendous. My son and I have been to this location well over 20 times throughout his 10 year life. I’m a single mother and I have spent so much money at this place and it is unbelievable. The lack of customer service the lack of amenities The poor condition of the rooms. The hotel itself the activities for children. They are a heartless company and after they told us when we arrived for an 11 day trip in July of this year that because we left a ring around a bathtub two years ago, and we have since stayed there many times, they decided to ban us originally they told me it would be a $200 cleaning fee and we have stayed there in between that communication and this time when we arrive first day at 10 PM they told me on my son‘s birthday that we were banned because of a slight ring around a bathtub made by broken glow sticks in my son‘s bath years ago they accepted our reservation approved our reservation, even approved an authorization form with a long email thread that use my name and every single one of the emails and waited until we arrived for his birthday to tell me in front of him in the lobby that we were now banned then told me to write a letter to corporate to get it resolved. Do not stay here they are not worth one penny of your heart earned money. There are so many other places that have enthusiastic employees wonderful activities for children and are not a money pit. GWL is absolutely run down.

I wouldn't go back just because of the customer service. We arrived on Friday the 27th (June), got checked into our room by a very kind girl who was so pleased to see us. I wish I had gotten her name because she was the only one throughout the whole weekend who was ready to help, with a smile on her face. None of the iPad's were working so we all had to wait about 30 minutes in line, not terrible. We go to get our food and fun passes and fill our drink cups and there is one place to fill the drinks. This place was called Bear Paw and was only open 630 to 10 pm. There are no water fill stations or drink places that serve after 10 pm. On Saturday we went to fill our cups again at Bear Paw and the line was out the door, I asked the lady working behind the counter if there was anywhere else to get water and she instructed me to go to the bar. I went to the bar and very nicely asked the bartender to fill my water cups. When I walked up, he wasn't doing anything but cleaning glasses with a cloth. He then said "Who sent you here, Rachel from Bear Paw? Shes not supposed to be sending anyone over here", Then the bartender proceeds to get another team member to go and check on why she had told me it was okay to come to him for water. He filled my cups with a serious attitude, and I left. Every corner we turned there was an employee speaking very badly about another employee. The hostess at Camp critter sat us at a dirty table, never came back to wipe it off and it took 45 minutes to get our server to bring us water cups and there were about 5 tables in the whole restaurant. While eating at Camp Critter again on Saturday, I went to fill my soda cup from the fountain and the nozzles had been removed, but there was no sign stating it was closed. Again, our waitress was not attentive and seemed like it was an inconvenience that we were even dining in there. It was either a ghost town, meaning everything was locked and no workers were present, or if they were present, they looked miserable. We were so excited to take our whole family here (9 people) and spent quite a lot of money. The indoor water slides were a ton of fun; however, the workers were all in a bad mood and very rude. It definitely was not an environment that I will be taking my family to again.

Okay for Rare Occasions My biggest concerns reading the reviews....but luckily our room was clean and the employees were friendly! That was refreshing! The staff was kind and waved to our kids and I seen managers overseeing the property as well. On the other hand, I was less than impressed with an extra $15 parking fee on top of the already very pricey stay, this seems absurd. There was nothing special about the parking lot or where you chose to park even NASCAR was free parking!! We had been once before 5 yrs prior and knew about the no breakfast included as well so we were prepared but that also seems lacking in the expense of the stay you should receive some sort of complementary breakfast option but 5 yrs and no change, I can only assume parking and breakfast will not be the only additional expenses down the road for this franchise.
