Dissatisfied customer. Rip off. Was charged $289 for a two bed room. Room was not very clean. Many sub standard issues. Such as clogged bath exhaust fan, stained walls, rusted towel rack, mold outside shower at floor, lack of hot water, stained bed cover. Carpets in hall loose and shredded. Even the coffee was lousy. If it were a $90-100 dollar room I would accept the disappointments. But for $289, I was very dissatisfied. You can do better at other hotels in the area. Have photos in my phone.

Feel Lucky? To start, hallway carpeting has tears, dirty. Inside the room, dust could be seen stuck to the upper walls. Cobwebs, and dust visible. Window had to be wiped, although has gases between glass, the interior of the window was filthy. Breakfast, or whatever that was, I would pass on. And, guess what?? You face the wall while eating, how pleasant and friendly is that!!! Yeah, won't be going here again, ever. Not clean, not maintained well at all, but I will let you see for yourself. But most of all, triple the price you see advertised. Yes, that's right, triple. Why, who knows. Because they can. Run folks!!

HORRIBLE AND CREEPY The room was gross - the shower bar was hanging off the wall - we moved the chair and there was TRASH UNDER IT. I called the front desk on the phone and the phone didnt work? then the front desk clerk showed up at our door. THANK GOD I was staying with my man - he asked me to COME DOWNSTAIRS with him to get extra towels. the beds were stained - I didnt sleep a wink. Im a smoker so I went downstairs outside and as I was smoking outside and the male housekeeper stopped and STARED AT ME - through the glass door. I had 911 on speed dial it was soooo CREEPY. if we'd gotten there at 5pm instead of 10pm we would have found another place to go. we slept on top of the sheets, the water at best was warm and brown. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN! BUT hey... they have a free breakfast!? like that made up for it. $250 for a night - felt like highway robbery.

No hot water There was no hot water and the tub didn't drain. I was told many people had complained about no hot water because the hotel.was full. Terrible response, terrible reason.

A place to sleep This is a perfect place to stay if you're passing through or need a few days for work. Breakfast isn't fancy but it's filling.
