Excellent location and staff First time in Keene, NH. I recently traveled her for my cousins wedding. The location is excellent in the downtown heart of Keene. Great main st with many restaurants and bars around the hotel in walking distance. As a Marriott employee myself, the staff was great and very helpful. Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast on the weekends and free parking. What could you ask for more. I strongly recommend staying here if your ever in town. I hope to come back someday.

Excellent service and staff! From check in, breakfast and check out- everyone on the staff was GREAT! Spencer was especially kind and welcoming upon check in, making sure we were completely informed of the COVID regulations and the hit breakfast, personally served the following morning was delicious! Service was outstanding and when we simply advised them of a MINOR room concern, they were sincerely very apologetic for the inconvenience. Would def recommend this hotel!

Convient spot for local exploration We opted to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Keene, New Hampshire for a weekend ski trip. Keene is located approx 2 hours from Boston and roughly a hour from Okemo Mountain and Mt. Snow. We picked the hotel first and foremost due to its location, not only to the mountains but situated near food and restaurants. While the location was a bit thought to find at night due to signage being dark we found the hotel and adjacent parking lot. Hotel photos picture the lobby, kind size room and exterior shots of property and side road mural. Seemed the room may not have been updated or cleared deeply since pre covid but overall very pleasant experience. Clean linens and towels just noticed some extra dust on furniture. Small hotel, handicap accessible and family friendly.

Like An Upscale Boutique Hotel This hotel is centrally located, well-appointed, quiet, and blessed with outstanding personnel. We've now stayed twice and plan to come back again. We were there February 24th to February 27th then March 18th to March 21st, both times staying on the third floor. The manager, Tucker Olmstead, made us feel very welcome and took care of several details for us. The housekeeping department is headed by Bambi and she makes sure that everything is in order.

Beautiful Hotel with one flaw for us This is a beautifully restored hotel in the best part of downtown Keene. It has the feel of an upscale boutique hotel. The lobby, hallways and our room were very well appointed, extremely clean and had a feel of luxury. We were in Room 205 which is a very large room with a king bed, with 4 large windows overlooking Main Street. Just a totally spectacular room! Well, at least until we sat on the bed -- and then laid down on the bed. The bed linens were very nice and the pillows were great (and they took note that I'm allergic to feather and had foam pillows!). But the bed was hard as a rock!! It seriously felt like a slab of concrete with a very thin layer of cloth on top of it. The bed was so bad that we barely slept and woke up sore! It's too bad, the price was very good, the hotel is probably the nicest in Keene and the location can't be beat. But, the main reason for staying in a hotel is the bed and it was horrible! With that said, the parking was not ideal and entering through the back of the hotel from the parking garage was a little creepy at night. Given the other attributes of the hotel, I could easily forgive that if the bed wasn't so dang awful.
