Comfort Cleanliness Kindness Breakfast Warm pool WILL GO BACK (Some corners cut, but they're idiosyncratic and fine) We will return. This hotel is a relief to visit after having stayed at some motels that lack cleanliness or ammenities. The pool is heated. We were loud, nobody minded us. Not a hot breakfast, but the cold stuff was plenty and varied. The kids love the waffle options of sprinkles and unhealthy syrups. Make yourself a chocolate chip waffle. If things like styrofoam cups bother you, then that'll stand out at first glance. But then, the shower had good heat and spray power, the soap was a good soap, the bedding was quite clean. If older brown carpet bugs you, and it does me, that'll stand out. But then, it was vacuumed and felt clean. There's a little bathroom and shower attached to the workout room which was sufficient- I like those little surprises (styrofoam cup in hand or not). The water tasted good- nice to be out of the lands of weird water. Idaho is stunning, endlessly stunning. The price on this place is good. The management was good. You can print directions at their computer- bueno. Thank you. I needed that. The chair at the computer needs to be cleaned or replaced but there's little washrags you can use in the kitchen to cover the seat with- another fine surprise. I think I might stay at other FairBridge hotels to see if they're comparable in their comfort, cleanliness, and price. We will use this hotel every time. My kids made themselves a chocolate chip waffle, do you think I would be allowed to chose a different hotel!!??

GROSS We had planned a getaway for our small family now I wish I had stayed home! Checking in was horrible, the food was a joke and the eating area was filthy. Dont try having a conversation, everyone there is more intent on talking to each other in the manager's office and ignoring anyone else. Or you might get a rude what then rolled eyes? I never expect Idaho to be so mean. Not worth the $55 we could have paid on the other side of town.

I would not hesitate to come again! I and my husband were just on the journey from OR to IL, and picked this hotel due to weather conditions - it was conveniently on the road and looked cozy. In the end we stayed one night more because we really were fond of this cozy place! I barely can find any minuses - maybe the only tiny one was that the room was sort of "dimly lit" even when all the lights were on. But now to the many pluses! The breakfast offers not only sweet options but also ham, cheese, and eggs - and it is open till 10, instead of the usual 9. The hotel lobby is tastefully decorated, and it has a warm, "homey" feeling. The staff is helpful, always nice and polite - I also work in the hospitality business, so I know all too well how hard this can sometimes be. Great job! Another pleasant surprise is the swimming pool and hot tub open 24/7. That is something rarely seen, although couples who seek just lazy, comfortable time for a soak in warm water and relax without noisy children, welcome it, just like we did. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything works. The location of the hotel in the vicinity of the gondola, water park, grocery store, gas station, and a few local shops and restaurants is also very convenient. All in all, this is solid 5 stars, thank you for a pleasant stay!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Was charged for nights which were not used even when trying to cancel over 24 hours before the date of the stay. The manager Terri told me one thing and then did the opposite. Extremely unhappy to have my money stolen. Stay somewhere that cares about their customers instead.

Convenient and kind! This is in a very convenient location to downtown Kellogg. The staff is very kind, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is predictable but good. Free wifi is great. The beds are ok. 3 stiff, foam pillows on a queen.
